Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour onion into it. Fry over medium heat, stirring.

While the onion is frying, cut the champignons into slices.

Place the fried onion in a bowl.

After the onions, add the chopped champignons to the frying pan.

Fry the mushrooms over high heat.

While the mushrooms are frying, cut the crab sticks into strips. If the crab sticks are frozen, they must first be thawed.

Transfer the fried mushrooms from the frying pan to a bowl.

After the mushrooms, pour the chopped crab sticks into the frying pan and fry them over low heat for two or three minutes, stirring quickly so as not to stick.

We also transfer the fried crab sticks into a bowl from the frying pan. They become soft like noodles.

Peel the cooled carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the dill.

Now combine all the prepared ingredients, add salt to taste, season with sour cream and mix.

Salad with fried crab sticks and mushrooms can be served as a separate dish; it is quite filling. And if you want it with a side dish, then boiled potatoes or rice are best suited to it.

    3. The onion is cut into half rings.
    4. Heat the oil in a frying pan, in which the onion half rings are fried, and then the mushrooms. Everything will take 30 minutes.

    How to prepare a salad of crab sticks with fried mushrooms:

    My sticks were frozen, I took them out and unwrapped all the packages. I left it to thaw on the table. Meanwhile, I chopped onions and mushrooms, fried them in a frying pan, and put them in a bowl. I left some mushrooms in the pan. I boiled the eggs hard.

    I decided to fry only half of the sticks, leaving the other half as is. I just thought there would be too much fried food, and I was right.

    So, I cut half of the sticks into thin circles and added them to the frying pan with the remaining mushrooms. Do not defrost the sticks at all, just so that they can be easily cut. When frying, they began to unfold so funny, I tried the taste - nothing, cool!


    In general, when they were half-unfolded, I removed them from the heat, for fear of overcooking them. Once it cooled down, I started assembling the salad.

    First option: my husband was in a hurry to go to work, and I quickly mixed everything for him, seasoned with mayonnaise and served it. The husband, who before this very much doubted that something worthwhile would come out of all this, tried it, quickly devoured it all, and said: very good!

    I was inspired by his assessment, and decided to make the second part of the salad beautifully, laying it out in layers through a homemade ring from a bottle. It turned out super wonderful, I tell you.

    • The first layer is a handful of unfried crab sticks cut into circles;

    • second layer – chopped green onions, mayonnaise (compact everything tightly so that your “paska” does not fall apart when you remove the ring, but without fanaticism);

    • third - diced eggs, mayonnaise;

    Despite the simplicity of the ingredients, the salad, thanks to frying the crab sticks, turns out to be extremely tasty and interesting. Pickled onions set off the rest of the ingredients and add juiciness to the dish. If desired, when marinating it, you can add a drop of lemon juice, which goes well with all seafood and reveals their taste in a new way. It is better to take crab sticks chilled, because when frozen they lose a large amount of moisture and become dry. You should give preference to well-known brands whose products you have no doubt about the quality of.


    Prepare a salad with fried crab sticks and mushrooms. Ingredients for cooking: - crab sticks - 240g; - chicken egg - 2 - 3 pcs.; — champignons – 400g; — onion – 1 small piece; - table or apple vinegar - 1 tbsp; - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp; - mayonnaise.

    1. Prepare all ingredients. Boil the carrots in advance and let cool.

    2. Cut the onion into feathers and fry in a frying pan until tender. Transfer to a deep bowl or directly to a salad bowl.

    3. Then fry the champignons in the same frying pan; I used frozen ones. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates and add to the onion.

    4. Cut the crab sticks into large strips (each into 3-4 parts) and fry in the same frying pan where the onions and mushrooms were fried. Fry the sticks for just a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. We send the finished sticks to the rest of the ingredients.

    5. Add boiled carrots cut into cubes here.

    6. Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

    7. Mix everything well. Salad with mushrooms and crab sticks is ready.

    8. Place on plates and serve. Bon appetit!

    Tackle the mushrooms first - they take the longest to cook in the salad. Rinse them in water, thoroughly removing all dirt, and then cut them into thin slices, pouring them into a bowl. If you wish, you can even remove the top layer from each mushroom if it is very dirty.

    Fry the mushroom slices in a hot frying pan in hot vegetable oil for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Do not add a lot of fat, as the salad will still be dressed with mayonnaise. Be sure to cool the entire roast.

    While the mushrooms are frying and cooling, defrost the crab meat sticks in warm water for 5 minutes, then remove the cellophane wrappers from them and cut into strips, adding to the container. You can purchase this product in advance and place it in the freezer so that you always have it on hand.

    Rinse the cucumber in water and cut off the edges of the vegetable. Cut it into the same thin strips. Add to the container with the crab sticks along with the fried mushrooms. In the absence of fresh cucumber, you can use pickled or salted, but then reduce the amount of salt in the list of ingredients.

You can also see how to pickle champignons. Before preparing this salad with crab sticks and mushrooms, I simply took them out of the refrigerator and defrosted them. If you have fresh mushrooms, you can immediately put them in a frying pan without first boiling them. Add the onion to the chanterelles and fry without a lid until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). At the same time, do not forget to stir constantly to prevent burning.


    Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and grate into a coarse grater.


    First cut the crab sticks in half lengthwise on both sides (from 1 stick you get 4 sticks) and then cut crosswise into small pieces.


    Cool the mixture of mushrooms and onions, place on a cutting board and carefully chop with a knife. Even though the mushrooms were small, they still needed chopping. A few beautiful mushrooms can be left for decoration.


    Combine all the ingredients of the salad - crab sticks and mushrooms, add salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise and mix.
