Sea salad with burbot
For seafood lovers, you can prepare a salad for your birthday using burbot, salmon and mussels. Processed and cut into medallions burbot should be pre-marinated. You need to prepare the sauce and salad sequentially:
- Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add hazelnut oil (3 tbsp), place medallions in the marinade.
- Wash and dry the salad (200 g) with a napkin, tear the leaves into large pieces with your hands.
- Mix mayonnaise (75 g) and the juice of the remaining half a lemon with half a glass of whipped cream, season the salad.
- Wash and cut small champignons (4 pcs) into slices, combine with a head of onion, smoked salmon cut into strips (2 pcs), salad in sauce, place the salad mixture in a deep dish, garnish with mussels without shells (200 g), salt and pepper them .
- Remove the burbot (600 g) from the marinade, dry the fish, fry in a frying pan with butter (50 g), salt, add pepper and thyme and place on the salad.
- Decorate the medallions with chopped chives, place lemon slices around the edges of the dish and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
Lemon juice will soften the taste of seafood. If you don’t use mayonnaise to season a dish, you can reduce its calorie content by preparing a dietary treat.
Sea cocktail salad
Seafood is a healthy component of a seafood cocktail that can be bought frozen in the store. Adults and children will be able to appreciate the taste of the treat if it is correctly combined with vegetables, mushrooms or cheese in a dish based on the following ingredients:
- mussels;
- octopuses;
- lobsters;
- lobster;
- squid;
- shrimp.
Having prepared all the components for a vitamin salad with a spicy taste, you can begin creating a dish for the holiday table:
- Defrost seafood (0.5 kg) by placing it from the freezer on the refrigerator shelf, and then boil it with the addition of salt, pepper, bay leaf in boiling water for no more than 3 minutes.
- Cut tomatoes into slices (3 pcs) and finely grate hard cheese (100 g).
- Grind a clove of garlic and mix with soy sauce (1 tbsp), add olive and vegetable oil to the composition.
- Wash and dry several lettuce leaves, tear into medium-sized pieces with your hands.
- Cut 10 olives, remove pits from them, if any.
- Place seafood in a heap with chopped tomatoes, grated cheese, lettuce and olives, pour over soy sauce and stir, in addition to seasoning the finished dish, add lemon or grapefruit juice, parsley and dill.
This delicious seafood dish is rich in vitamins and minerals.
