Pour all the ingredients into a working container. In a separate bowl, mix chopped garlic cloves, sour cream, spices and herbs, add mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly. Lightly add some salt to the ingredients and pour in the resulting mayonnaise dressing. Now all that remains is to mix the ingredients and place them in a beautiful salad bowl.

It is recommended to put it on the table as soon as all the ingredients are mixed. Tomatoes have the property of releasing juice, which will spoil not only the taste, but also the appearance of the food as a whole.

Salad "Goldfish"

This recipe will certainly become a real decoration for the celebration, and its rich taste will delight and surprise your household.

What is necessary:

  • Crab sticks – 200 g;
  • Sprats – 250g;
  • Small tomatoes – 4 pcs.;
  • A jar of canned corn;
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.;
  • Spices;
  • A small package of mayonnaise or ready-made sauce;
  • Soy sauce;
  • Any spicy herb.

If crab sticks were stored in the freezer, they must be removed from there a few hours before cooking to drain excess liquid.

First of all, you need to boil the eggs. They should be soft-boiled. Peel the shells and cut into small pieces. Next, take the corn, put it in a colander to get rid of the water and add it to the eggs. We cut the remaining products similarly to eggs and combine everything together. In the working container, you need to add the fish, after first separating it from the oil and chopping it with a fork.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and 5 tbsp. l. soy sauce. Pour this mixture over the salad.

Serve in small salad bowls, sprinkled with herbs. You can also put it in the shape of a fish. But to make it more realistic, you will need to leave 2 crab sticks for decoration.

The first stick needs to be carefully unwound and cut into thin strips - this will imitate the tail and fins. The eyes can be made from green or black olive. Thinly slice the second stick into slices and make scales. We carefully lay them out along the entire perimeter of the fish’s body, except for the head. The mouth is cut from two tomato slices. The dish is ready, all that remains is to put it in the refrigerator and wait for the guests to arrive.

Delicious crab salad with corn without rice

Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks - 250 gr.
  • Eggs - 3-4 pcs.
  • Cucumber – 1 piece (fresh)
  • Corn - 1/2 can
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper
  • Dill
  • Green onions

Cooking process:

1. First, we need to boil hard-boiled eggs. While the eggs are boiling, peel the crab sticks from their wrappers, wash the cucumber and herbs.

List of ingredients:

  • Crab sticks – 200 g;
  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs.;
  • Gherkins – 2 pcs. (can be replaced with half a greenhouse cucumber);
  • Processed cheese – 2 pcs.;
  • Quail eggs - 10 pcs.

All ingredients, except Cherry and onion, are cut into small pieces and poured into a saucepan. Add corn to them. Next, cut the onion and add to the products.   • Boiled beans – 200 g;
  • Crab sticks – 200 g;
  • Quail eggs – 10 pcs.;
  • Bell pepper (red will look more impressive) – 1 pc.;
  • Olives - half a jar;
  • Large onion – 1 pc.;
  • Wine vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Olive oil – 100 ml;
  • Rice vinegar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Spices and herbs are at your discretion.

Chop crab sticks into small pieces, red or yellow bell peppers into strips, quail eggs into quarters. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and add beans. Add olive rings to them.
