  • 280 gr. wheat flour;

  • Fresh mushrooms - 100 gr.;

  • A little baking powder;
  • A bunch of (small) parsley;

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix kefir with baking powder, add eggs, mix and add flour to make unleavened dough for making pancakes.

Chop the mushrooms - if they are frozen, it is best to fry them, adding spices and onions. If the mushrooms are fresh or salted (marinated), then immediately after cutting they are added to the pancake dough. Chopped greens and smoked cheese are also sent there.
