  • minced meat 300 g (it is recommended to use a mixture of beef and pork, this will make the finished dish more juicy);
  • zucchini 150 gr;
  • green onion 20 gr;
  • parsley leaves 20 gr;
  • ground black pepper ½ tsp;
  • red hot pepper or hot paprika ½ tsp;
  • water 50 ml.

The preparation of lazy potato dumplings begins with kneading the dough.

It is recommended to use a deep bowl with a wide bottom:

  1. Sift flour into a bowl, add ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, then pour in all 100 ml of boiling water. Knead the dough until it has a uniform consistency. When finished, it turns out smooth and does not stick to your hands.
