- Kefir (0.2 l);

Cooking method:
- Place kefir in the microwave and heat slightly.
- Pour baking soda into it. Stir. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.

Cooking method:
- Pour the yeast and salt into a wide bowl and rub with your fingers.
- Mix water with sugar. Leave the dough under a towel at room temperature for 20 minutes. It should start to bubble.
- Heat the kefir, but do not make it too hot, pour into the dough, stir.
- Add vegetable oil to the remaining ingredients. Knead again.
- Sift the flour using a sieve. Add 2 cups to the dough, stir with a fork.

- Bake the base at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven, brush it with sauce, and add the filling.
