Start by preparing the cake, for which you will need the following components:
- flour – 200 g;
- dry baker's yeast – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 10 g;
- olive oil – 10 ml;
- water (warm) – 2/3 cup;
- salt on the tip of a knife.
The dough is very simple to prepare and does not require much time. First, combine all the dry ingredients, then add water, oil and knead. Let it stand for a while in a warm place, after covering the container with it with a cloth.
During this time, you can prepare the contents for pizza with ham, mushrooms and hard cheese. This recipe requires the following ingredients:
- fresh champignons – 300 g;
- olive oil – 10 ml;
- 1 PC. Luke;
- ham (pork) – 100 g;
- tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- mozzarella – 80 g;
- tomato sauce – 2-3 tbsp. l.;
- seasoning "Herbs of Italy";
- pepper, salt - a pinch.
Peel the champignons for this homemade pizza with pork ham and fresh mushrooms and chop into thin pieces. Fry them in olive oil until golden brown. At the end of frying, add finely chopped onion and garlic, pepper, salt and seasoning.
The dough, which has already risen, needs to be kneaded a little. It should acquire a consistency that does not stick to your hands. Make a base with sides out of it, brush with sauce and lay out mushrooms with fried vegetables. Place slices of ham on the champignons, followed by peeled tomatoes, cut into half rings. Cover the whole thing with mozzarella cubes and grated cheese.

We start preparing pizza by kneading the dough. The pizza dough in our case will be yeast. I am used to working with wet yeast, and I recommend it to you, since it is much better suited than dry yeast. Wet yeast is especially good for making whites, donuts and buns.
So, you need to pour water into the bowl. Add yeast crumbled by hand. Add sugar for better fermentation. Stir everything. After 10 minutes, after the yeast wakes up from hibernation, you can add salt and vegetable oil. Mix everything again with a fork.
Add flour sifted through a sieve in small portions. Don't forget to stir. The yeast dough should be thick and flexible. Add the last portion of flour and knead it with your hands. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and set it in a warm place. Place the dough in an even layer on a greased pan.
Grease the dough with ketchup, tomato sauce or adjika.
Cut the ham into thin slices. Place it on the pizza base.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place on the pizza.
Top the pizza with chopped olives.
Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater and sprinkle it over the pizza.

- olive oil – 10 ml;
- salt, pepper - a pinch.
- fresh basil leaves.
Champignons together with onions, peppers and garlic are fried in a frying pan, as indicated in the recipe above. Next you need to prepare the pizza base with mushrooms and ham. To do this, spread the sauce on it, place champignons and vegetables on top, then sliced ham, tomatoes, cut pitted olives. Season all this with salt and pepper, cover with mozzarella and place in the oven for half an hour at 200 degrees. Add basil after cooking - before serving.
Another pizza with ham and mushrooms is prepared according to the following recipe with photos - it will not leave anyone indifferent. The dough can be prepared as you usually make for such a dish. But the ingredients for the filling will be as follows:
- 200 g each of ham and fresh champignons;
- olives – 100 g;
- artichokes – 2-3 pcs.;
- lemon juice;
- hard cheese.
Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in olive oil, chop the meat into thin layers, cut the pitted olives in half.
Remove the leaves from the artichokes and cut into slices, which are placed in water with lemon juice to prevent them from turning black.
