  • raw smoked sausage – 100 g;

  1. Mix all liquid ingredients, add sifted flour and a spoonful of soda. The dough should become homogeneous, without lumps.
  2. Prepare your filling, boiled or smoked sausage, ham, cut sausages into thin slices.
  3. If you are using fresh tomato, cut it into thin slices. But you can simply add any tomato sauce.
  4. Pour the dough into a frying pan greased with sunflower or olive oil and begin to place the remaining ingredients, starting with the tomatoes.

Do you really want to make a quick homemade pizza, but don't have the necessary ingredients? Don't despair and try the one-minute pan pizza recipe without adding eggs.

What you will need:

  • flour – 1.5 tbsp;
  • mayonnaise – 100 g;
  • sour cream – 100 g;
  • any sausage – 100 g;
  • tomatoes – 1 pc.;
  • olives or black olives;
  • pickled cucumbers – 1 pc.;
  • cheese – 150 g.

Mayonnaise, sour cream, and flour are whipped until creamy, after which the pizza dough is poured into an unheated frying pan. Spread with tomato sauce or paste. You can even use regular ketchup. Place the filling in random order and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Another similar method, but we don’t use sour cream and kefir here. And we replace these components with regular milk. That is, we get a kind of plump pancake in the form of a large pancake, on which the filling is actually located.

For the test we need:

  • flour – 1.5 cups (240 g)
  • milk – 1.3 cups (330 ml)
  • egg – 1 pc.
  • olive oil – 1.5 tbsp. spoons
  • salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • soda - optional

You can use any of the fillings already proposed today. Or come up with your own.

We will also need 1 - 1.5 tbsp. spoons for frying.

Preparation:

1. Pour milk into a bowl for kneading dough. Add salt and vegetable oil to it, I use olive oil (but you can use any oil). Mix the mixture with a whisk. It is not necessary to beat it, just to achieve homogeneity.

2. Then add the egg and mix again.

If desired, you can also add baking soda to the mixture. But to be honest, this will not change the quality of the test in any significant way, so I am skipping this procedure this time.

3. Then add the sifted flour and continue kneading using the same whisk. When the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous, without lumps, you can leave it for 10 minutes so that all the ingredients disperse and better combine with each other.

4. While the mixture is infusing, prepare the ingredients for the filling and sauce. For the sauce it can be regular ketchup. tomato paste or sauce. The first recipe describes this in detail.

For the filling, cheese and tomatoes are required. The remaining components can be selected at your discretion: it can be any meat, mushrooms, vegetables, olives, or black olives. And be sure to prepare fresh herbs, they will make the finished dish much tastier.

5. As usual, heat the surface of the frying pan, then grease it with oil. Then, after mixing the dough, pour it onto the hot surface. If necessary, level with a spoon. The dough should turn out like not very thick sour cream.

6. Immediately grease the top with tomato and distribute it evenly over the liquid upper part, to a depth of no more than 0.5 cm.

7. Lay out the filling and cheeses. If you have it, you can use chopped olives or black olives.

8. Cover with a lid and bake the base until cooked, that is, no more than 8 - 10 minutes. The cheese has melted, the dough has baked from the edge, and when pressed it does not stick to your fingers, which means everything is ready.

All that remains is to sprinkle our beauty with chopped herbs and you can enjoy its delicate taste. The pizza turns out soft and very tasty. If desired, you can additionally lubricate it with ketchup.

On sour milk with ham

This is a quick recipe for making delicious pizza.

What you will need:

  • curdled milk – 0.5 l;
  • chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • ham – 100 g;
  • ketchup;
  • mayonnaise;
  • cheese – 150 g;
  • tomato – 1 pc.;
  • flour – 0.5 kg;
  • salt – ½ teaspoon;
  • baking powder – 1 teaspoon.

Mix yogurt with eggs, baking powder, butter and salt. Gradually add flour until a medium thick mass is obtained. We will use the rest to prevent the dough from sticking.

Roll it out into a round layer. Mix ketchup and mayonnaise in equal proportions and grease the pizza dough with this mixture. Place the filling in a convenient bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese.
