Cooking method:

First, make the dough; to do this, knead dry yeast in warm water, add salt and olive oil.

After the dough has risen, knead it again. This mass should be enough to make two large pizzas.

Roll out the base and place on a baking sheet, which you have previously greased with vegetable oil, and grate the Russian cheese. Cut chicken fillet (boiled) and canned pineapples into cubes, add onion (should be fried a little in advance).

  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 2 large spoons refined olive oil
  • tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • 4 pieces fresh tomatoes
  • 100 grams of ham
  • 50 grams of cheese (ideally Gouda or Edam)
  • ground pepper and salt to your taste
  • one and a half tablespoons of sunflower oil (for the baking sheet)

Cooking method:

In a separate bowl, mix the dough; to do this, pour water and olive oil into the sifted flour, then add salt. The mass should be elastic, but not too tight.

Sprinkle the surface on which you will work with flour and roll out the dough on it into a thin round cake. Then fry in a frying pan without oil on both sides (hold for 2 minutes).

  • one onion;
  • 200 g canned pineapples (in rings);
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 400 g tomatoes in their own juice;
  • some green onions;
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil.

Thinly slice the green onions. Grind the peeled tomatoes in a blender until pureed. Fry onions cut into half rings in olive oil, add tomatoes and basil to it. Pepper, salt, sweeten and simmer for about 10 minutes (no more!). A minute before cooking, add green onions.

Boil frozen shrimp for three minutes in boiling salted water, grate hard cheese, cut pineapples into thin half rings, and mozzarella into slices.

  1. First of all, let's knead the dough. The flour must be sifted into a bowl with high sides, preferably 2-3 times, so that the dough is airy.
  2. Make a hole in the flour in the middle and pour a little water into it (approximately 100 ml) and 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.
  3. We begin to slowly knead the dough with a spoon, and if necessary, add water.
  4. Sprinkle the table with flour and place our dough on it, salt to taste. Now knead the dough with your hands until it becomes elastic and non-sticky. We leave the dough for half an hour so that it “rests”, and we ourselves will make the filling.
  5. Carefully trim off the skin and excess fat, if any, from the chicken thighs. Boil the meat for 15-30 minutes without adding any spices or salt.
  6. We cut the boiled chicken meat in a way convenient for us.
  7. Drain the juice from the pineapples and place them in a cup. If the pineapples are large, you can cut them into cubes.
  8. Now roll out the dough. Experienced chefs advise stretching the dough with your hands, but if you find it difficult to do this, use a rolling pin.
  9. We put the dough in a special form (you can take a regular baking sheet), making sides, and prick it with a fork in several places. This simple step will prevent the dough from rising during baking in places where steam collects.
  10. Generously grease the dough with tomato sauce or ketchup, paying special attention to the sides so that they do not turn out dry.
  11. Cut the Mozzarella cheese into thin slices or grate it on a coarse grater. Distribute the cheese evenly over the pizza and lightly press it onto the dough with your hands. Crush the cheese with dry oregano.
  12. Now lay out the chicken meat.
  13. Place canned pineapples on top of the chicken. If you are laying out whole circles, then you need to carefully cut them with a knife, trying not to damage the dough, so that they are baked well.
  14. Sprinkle the pizza with finely chopped green onions and basil, and then grated Parmesan. Tip: It is better to grate Parmesan finely, and distribute it in such a way that there are no large gaps left.

It is advisable to make a thin layer - it will turn out tastier, although this is a matter of taste. Then you need to apply the sauce on top - you don’t want it to overflow the edges, but you don’t want to put it too thin, it will turn out dry. Then everything is covered with half-cooked fillet, cubes of cheese and pineapple. Sprinkle Italian herbs, pepper and salt on top. That's almost all! The form must be placed in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, and then forget about the pizza for about 15 minutes.   • 2-3 tomatoes;
