3. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. If you don’t have such a device, you can grate it with a fine grater. Mix it separately with 1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil, and only then add it to the main composition. Then the garlic will be distributed more evenly in the filling.

4. You can use any greens. The dill here is very good! Cut the greenfinch into smaller pieces and add to the total mass. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly so that all components are evenly distributed among each other.

5. Now the fun part is to fold the triangle. So, we place a strip of pita bread in front of us. On top of this strip we visually mark a square and put a little filling in its upper corner. We cover with the edge and we already get a triangle, but there is still a long part. We continue to roll along the entire length.

6. Separately mix the raw egg white. We coat the free edge of the product with it so that the envelopes do not fall apart.

7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan with the addition of butter. It will give the snack a special delicate taste.

8. Place our envelopes on the frying pan, first with the “glued” edge down. When the bottom is browned, turn it over. You shouldn’t keep it in the pan for a long time, because all the filling consists of ready-to-eat products. The goal is to brown the pita bread and heat the cheese until it melts.

4. In one bowl, combine cheese, ham, and herbs. Add sour cream and mustard. Salt, pepper to taste and mix. The mass must be plastic and homogeneous.

5. Cut the pita bread into strips, approximately 10 cm wide. In this case, 4 equal parts were obtained from one sheet.

7. Stepping back a little from the corner of the lavash strip, add 1 spoon of filling. Cover with a corner and get a triangle. We turn it up along the entire length. Thus, we use up all the filling and flatbread.

8. Heat the oil in a frying pan. You can use either vegetable or creamy - it doesn’t matter. Dip the triangles thoroughly into the egg mixture on all sides.

The batter will not only give it an appetizing appearance, but will also glue all the loose parts together. This way the product will not fall apart.

9. Place in hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. Set the heat to high or above medium. We won’t cook for a long time, because everything is already ready before frying. Now it is important to brown the pita bread and heat the filling.

Step 2:

Remove the selected sausage and cheese from the packaging, grate on a coarse grater and place in a deep bowl. Wash fresh dill and dry. Finely chop the dill and add to the bowl with sausage and cheese. Add mayonnaise there and mix everything thoroughly. For me there is enough salt here, but if it seems too little, you can add a little salt.

Step 3:

Remove the lavash from the packaging. Spread a sheet of lavash on the table. Place the filling in a strip along the edge of the sheet (you shouldn’t skimp on the filling) and roll the pita bread into a roll so that the filling remains inside. Cut the lavash roll into portioned pieces, the size of which you choose according to your taste; I used 6 x 6 cm squares.

Step 4:

Heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Break the egg into a deep bowl, beat lightly with a fork and add salt (optional). Dip each piece of sliced ​​lavash into the egg on both sides and place on a heated frying pan.

Step 5:
