  • Salt - a pinch;
  • Spices - to taste.

There are no complicated processes involved, so most of the time will be spent on baking. This miracle of culinary art is prepared as follows:

  1. boil the pasta. It is advisable not to bring them to readiness, since with further heat treatment they can completely lose their shape, simply turning into mush.   • pasta - 500 grams;
  • sausage/ham - 200-300 grams;
  • eggs - 2-3 pieces;

  • milk - 1 glass;
  • tomato - 2 pieces;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • champignons - 100-150 grams (optional);
  • butter - 50 grams;
  • salt, spices.

The cooking method is not much different from the previous one:

  1. Boil the pasta until “undercooked”.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings, cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in a small amount of butter. We use mushrooms only if children will not enjoy the casserole, since their bodies are simply not able to process such heavy food. Poisoning can happen even from such seemingly harmless mushrooms as champignons, so it’s better not to risk it and avoid this ingredient. Or make a separate portion for the kids.
  3. Blanch the tomatoes: pour boiling water over them or immerse them in it for a couple of seconds. Then remove the skin and cut into cubes. In the same way, cut the sausage or ham, then mix the ingredients.

  • 0.5 kg dry vermicelli;
  • 3-4 pcs. any sausages;

The pasta is cooked until half cooked, and then drained in a colander. The minced meat is salted, peppered and stewed in a frying pan in its own juice. Chopped onions, garlic and carrots, grated on a coarse grater, are mixed with minced meat. Stew until the carrots soften. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and remove the skins. This version of the casserole has a different design. Here you need long tube-shaped pasta.

Required Products:

  • long tube-shaped pasta – 350 g;
  • classic cheese – 100 g;
  • mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • ketchup or tomato paste – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • sausage (boiled) – 350 g;
  • butter – 30 g;
  • salt and spices to taste the dish.

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the onion and sausage.
  2. Mix sausage with onions and fry with butter.
  3. Add salt and seasonings to taste, then add ketchup or tomato paste diluted with water.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Boil the pasta.
  6. Grease the oven dish with oil and carefully place one pasta one at a time. You should get an even and beautiful layer of pasta.
  7. Then comes a layer of sausage, onions and grated cheese.
  8. Fill the layers in this order, with grated cheese on the last layer.

Meat casserole with pasta and mushrooms is a wonderful and satisfying dish that does not require much effort to prepare.

What you will need:

  • Pasta – 300 g.
  • Minced meat 0.5 kg.
  • Mushrooms (preferably champignons) – 250 g.
  • Small tomato – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g.
  • Rast. oil – 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • Onion - 1 PC.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Greenery.
  • For filling: milk – 0.7 l, flour – 2 tbsp. spoons, drain butter – 40-50 g.

Pasta is cooked in boiling salted water. Make sure that they are not overcooked, otherwise the dish will go down the drain. After the pasta is cooked, place it in a colander and leave it to cool.

At the same time we are making minced meat. You can buy ready-made, or you can make it yourself. Add raw or fried onions to it. The latter is preferable.

The onion is cut into cubes and fried in a frying pan until it turns golden. Then minced meat is added to it. All this is salted, peppered and fried for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.

In a separate frying pan, garlic is fried in small slices. Mushrooms are chopped and fried along with onions over medium heat until all the liquid has evaporated from them. The mixture is salted and spices are added to taste.

Mushrooms are mixed with minced meat. You definitely need to taste it for salt. Separately prepare the sauce for the casserole. Melt the butter in a special non-stick bowl and add flour. Everything is quickly and thoroughly mixed. Make sure that no lumps form. While stirring, milk is poured in. Place on the fire and stir until the mixture has a consistency similar to jelly.

Grease a baking dish with oil, place a layer of pasta, pour sauce on top. Then comes a layer of mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, sauce and grated cheese on top. The casserole is placed in the oven for half an hour until a browned crust appears.
