Preparation:
Wash the zucchini well, get rid of the tails, cut lengthwise into two halves

Sprinkle both sides with pepper and salt, grease with vegetable oil using a brush. Place bottom up on a greased baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Place the stuffed vegetable in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The appetizer is considered ready when the cheese melts. This will take about 10 minutes.
