• 600 grams of pork loin

• 2 tomatoes, medium size

1. Cut the pork into pieces, no more than 2 cm thick.

    • pork – 500 grams;
    • onion head;

    • a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise;

    • a little mustard;
    • spices to taste.
