Compound:

  • 300 ml filtered water;
  • salt;
  • 3-4 tbsp. high-grade flour;
  • 400 g minced meat;
  • bulb;
  • 70 g butter;
  • ground black pepper;
  • 100 g cheese.

Preparation:

  1. First, knead the base for the dumplings. Pour three incomplete glasses of sifted flour into a deep bowl.
  2. Dissolve the salt in warm water, make a small hole in the flour in the middle and pour in the liquid.
  3. Knead the base in a circular motion, then transfer it to a table sprinkled with flour and continue working until we get an elastic dough.
  4. Cover the dough and leave for half an hour.
  5. In the meantime, let's get to the minced meat. Twist the meat and onion, pepper and salt. Stir well. For juiciness and flavor, you can add chopped green onions.
  6. Our dough has “rested”, it’s time to make dumplings. Experienced housewives can do this with their hands. To make our work easier, we will use a dumpling maker.
  7. So, let's pinch off a little dough and roll it into a thin layer.
  8. Sprinkle the dumpling maker with flour and cover it with a layer of dough. Spoon the minced meat into the special recesses.
  9. We place another rolled out layer of dough on top and carefully go over it with a rolling pin.
  10. All that remains is to shake the dumpling maker so that the semi-finished products fall onto the work surface.
  11. Boil the dumplings in salted water as usual.
  12. Place the finished dumplings in a heat-resistant form.
  13. Melt the butter and pour it over the dumplings.
  14. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
