The process of preparing dessert according to a traditional recipe consists of the following steps:

  1. The butter must be removed from the refrigerator and left for 1 hour at room temperature. The ingredient is then placed in a bowl. 60 g of fructose and cocoa are added to it. Everything is thoroughly whisked. It is necessary to obtain a homogeneous consistency from butter, cocoa and fructose.
  2. The lemon is peeled. The juice is squeezed out of the citrus fruit and added to the oil mass.
  3. Now you need to separate the whites from the yolks, the latter are ground with a masher until a whitish foam appears.
  4. The yolks are poured into the mass with the main ingredients, and then everything is thoroughly mixed.
  5. The whites are placed in a bowl, fructose is added to them, and then all the ingredients are whipped with a mixer. Then they are added in portions to the mass of butter and yolks. Then starch and flour are added.
  6. The oven is heated to 200 degrees.
  7. The baking sheet is covered with parchment paper, where the resulting dough is immediately laid out. It must be smoothed with a spoon. The cake is baked for 10-15 minutes. It needs to get a golden brown crust.
  8. The finished dessert is pulled out of the oven, the parchment paper is removed from it, and then it is left to cool.
  9. The nougat is transferred to a bowl and melted in a water bath. But be sure to stir it, otherwise it may harden into a lump. Afterwards, the nougat is cooled and set aside.
  10. Cold cream is poured into a bowl and whipped until thick foam. Then nougat is added to them and everything is thoroughly mixed.
  11. The cake is cut lengthwise into two parts and brushed with the resulting nougat buttercream.
  12. Chocolate bars must be broken into small pieces and melted in one bowl over a water bath. Afterwards the mass is cooled to 32 degrees.
  13. Pour the finished glaze over the cake. When it has cooled down well, the dessert is served.

Kefir cake in the oven with any berries

I offer an excellent recipe for making muffins with cherries. Thanks to a successful test, they will come out tender and incredibly fragrant. In a similar way, you can bake a dessert with any berry - strawberries, currants.

You will need:

  • Flour – 2 cups.
  • Cherry berries – 200 gr.
  • Kefir – 6 large spoons.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 100 gr.
  • Sugar – 150 gr.
  • Baking soda - teaspoon.

How to bake:

  1. Melt the butter, pour into a bowl. Add sugar, beat until white. Add eggs one at a time and continue beating.
  2. Pour in kefir and add baking soda. There is no need to extinguish it, the fermented milk product will do it itself.
  3. Add flour in small doses. Make the mixture thick, like rich sour cream.
  4. Place baking paper on the bottom of the pan and generously coat with butter. Lay out some of the mixture.
  5. Top with a layer of cherries (pitted). Then make a layer of dough again, then add the cherries. The dough should lie on top again.
  6. Bake the cake at 180 o C. Baking time – 40-60 minutes depending on the size of the mold.

Many people are interested in how to make chocolate cake according to the classic recipe. It contains the following ingredients:

  • butter - 200 g;
  • cocoa - 50 g;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • flour - 450 g;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • baking powder for dough - ½ pack;
  • powdered sugar - 20 g.

The process of making a classic cupcake looks like this:

  1. The butter is cut into slices, transferred to a bowl and placed on low heat. It is necessary to bring it to a liquid consistency, and then let it cool for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Sugar and vanillin are added to the melted butter. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed until smooth.
  3. A glass of warm milk is added to the resulting butter mass. Next, eggs and cocoa are added there, and then everything is thoroughly beaten with a mixer for 5-7 minutes at medium speed.
  4. The flour is sifted into a bowl through a sieve. This is necessary so that the ingredient is saturated with oxygen and the baked goods are more airy.
  5. Baking powder is mixed with flour, and then the ingredients are added to the mixture of butter, flour, eggs and cocoa. You need to get the dough a little liquid consistency. It is poured into a pre-greased baking dish and baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Cooking method:

Pour milk into a small saucepan, stirring, add cocoa and granulated sugar. Place the pan on low heat. When the milk is warm enough and the sugar has completely melted, it’s time to add the butter. Without forgetting to stir, it is necessary to bring the mixture to a boil, but it should not be boiled.

A few spoons of the mixture can be poured for glaze, the rest must be cooled. Pre-sifted flour is mixed with baking powder. Beat the eggs with a fork or mixer until foam appears. Flour and eggs are gradually added to the mixture, which by then should have completely cooled.

Then vanilla sugar and washed and necessarily dried raisins and nuts are added to the dough. It is better to cut the nuts into pieces equal in size to raisins, so that the cupcake contains not incomprehensible crumbs, but tangible and recognizable pieces of nuts. Instead of nuts and raisins, you can use poppy seeds and chocolate pieces.

The cake pan is well coated with butter or margarine, the cake is baked at a temperature of approximately 180-200 degrees. Baking time is about an hour. The readiness of the cake is checked as usual by piercing it with a sharp wooden stick.

To avoid breaking a hot cake, do not remove it from the mold. You need to be patient and wait until it cools down, even if the guests are already sitting at the table. Because otherwise, there is a high probability of putting a mountain of rubble on the table.

Before serving, sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar or decorate it with glaze that has cooled by this time.

We all love sweets :-). In any case, we eat something with tea. If you want to eat a chocolate cake and you have a little time, then why not make it yourself?

You will get pleasure from the fact that you made a chocolate cupcake, and from the fact that it is delicious, and from the fact that it is more or less natural. After all, in the store it is not clear what it is made of and how fresh the products were used. Preparing the chocolate cake:

First you need to take a bowl and melt the butter in it, then add sugar, cocoa, vanillin and milk. In fact, all this can be mixed on the stove until smooth.

Next, in the second bowl, you need to move more eggs and salt.

And then add flour, baking powder and mix together with the chocolate mass. When adding flour, I recommend using a sieve, otherwise when mixing there will be lumps of flour that are difficult to remove!

After everything has been mixed until smooth, you can pour it all into molds and put it in the oven. The molds must first be greased with sunflower oil so that the cake does not stick. Fill the molds two-thirds full, as the dough will rise in the oven.

We poured our mixture into molds and put the oven preheated to 180 - 200 degrees Celsius. Cook the chocolate muffins until done, about 15-20 minutes.

Next, we take it out, wait for the cupcakes to cool a little, take them out of the molds and eat them with pleasure!

For cupcakes:

  • flour - 450 g;
  • baking powder - ½ sachet;
  • sugar - 300 g;

  • water - 300 ml;
  • buttermilk - 200 ml;
  • butter - 200 ml;
  • vanillin - 1 sachet.

For cream:

  • sugar - 300 g;
  • cream of tartar - ¼ tsp;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • butter - 450 g;
  • egg whites - 6 pcs.;
  • vanillin - 5 g.

This original dessert is prepared as follows:

  1. All dry ingredients for the dough are mixed in a bowl. Then melted butter, buttermilk and water, eggs are added to them. Then everything is thoroughly mixed with a whisk until smooth.
  2. The finished dough is laid out in molds (up to half).
  3. The cupcakes are baked at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, and then placed on a wire rack and cooled.
  4. A pan of water is placed on the fire. Sugar, salt and whites from 6 eggs are poured into a bowl of a smaller diameter. Mix the ingredients over boiling water in a saucepan (do not lower the bowl into the liquid) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place the resulting protein mixture in a bowl on the table and beat until fluffy at low speed. Then cream of tartar is added there, the mixer speed is increased and the ingredients are beaten for another 10-15 minutes.

Bake chocolate cupcakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. These muffins should not be too dry. Be guided by your oven. Pierce the cake with a wooden skewer; it should come out dry. Chocolate cupcakes are ready.

I have plenty of time to make the chocolate fudge and decorate the cupcakes. Remove the cupcakes to plates and remove the parchment. I will leave the small cupcake whole, cover it with chocolate fudge and sprinkle with nuts. I’ll cut a large cake into pieces and pour each piece separately, it looks very impressive.

While the chocolate cupcakes are cooling, make the fudge. Mix milk, sugar and cocoa, heat over low heat, break in the remaining chocolate and stir until it dissolves.
