Step by step recipe:

The composition contains dough baking powder for additional fluffiness. But you can replace it with regular baking soda (0.5-1 teaspoon + a few drops of vinegar).
Ingredients:
- Kefir (any fat content) – 260 ml.
- Butter (or margarine) – 60 g.
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 100 g.
- Baking powder – 5 g.
- Wheat flour – 270 g.
