  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1.5 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. spices
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

The list of products is outrageously simple, which makes this dish even more attractive - a minimum of effort, a minimum of products, moreover, the products can be found, if not in your refrigerator, then certainly on the shelves of the nearest store. Any parts of chicken are suitable for this dish, even chop the carcass into small pieces. The recipe uses thighs - they are moderately fatty, have a lot of meat and only one small bone. Wash the chicken, remove the skin if desired, rub each piece with salt and spices and let sit for an hour or two. You can add finely chopped onions and crushed garlic, but this is optional. 2. Grease a baking dish (in this case, a cast iron frying pan) with vegetable oil. Add bulgur. It doesn't matter which measuring cup you use (160g, 200g or 250g). The main thing is that there is twice as much water as cereal. 3. Add water to the pan, add a little salt and place the chicken on top. Cover the pan with foil or a lid. 4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the form with bulgur and chicken there. Bake under a closed lid (foil) for 30 minutes, and then another 20-25 minutes - until a golden brown crust appears on the chicken. That's all, the chicken with bulgur is ready, that is, a hearty and tasty dinner for the whole family can be served on the table. Also serve fresh vegetables and herbs.

  • water – 0.5 l;
  • tomatoes – 0.4 kg;
  • bell pepper – 0.2 kg;
  • onions – 100 g;
  • green onions – 50 g;
  • lemon – 1 pc.;
  • olive oil – 60 ml;
  • salt - to taste.
  • Place the bulgur in a saucepan, add hot water, and add salt to taste.
  • Over medium heat, bring the contents of the pan to a boil. Reduce heat and cook bulgur for about 15 minutes.
  • When there is no liquid left in the pan, remove it from the heat and let the bulgur cool.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemon and mix it with vegetable oil. Pour this mixture into the bulgur, stir it and place it in a large bowl in which you plan to mix the salad.
  • Remove the skins from the onions. Cut the vegetable into half rings. Purple onions will look best in this salad. Add onion to bulgur.
  • Remove the seeds from the pepper. Cut the pepper pulp into quarter rings and add to the bulgur and onion.
  • Finely chop the green onions and add them to a bowl with other products.
