Place the first part of the puree in an even layer (up to 1.5 cm high) on a baking sheet greased with butter and level it out.

Then we also evenly lay on top and level the prepared (see point 1) beef, rolled with onions in a meat grinder. We also lay out the remaining, second part of the potatoes evenly and carefully on top of it.

Brush the entire surface of the “assembled potato casserole” with the second raw egg and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

3) Place our casserole in a preheated oven and at a temperature of about 200-220C, bring it to readiness (“ROSSEN”) for 25-30 minutes.
