- Boil hard-boiled eggs and jacket potatoes. They can be put together - it's convenient. Drain the water and let it cool completely.
- We boil water in a kettle or put it in a saucepan; it should be boiled and not hot.
- While it cools, prepare the remaining ingredients: peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, wash and chop the radishes - if desired, you can grate them on a coarse grater, and also finely chop the boiled sausage.
- It is better to try the cucumber first - if the peel is bitter, it should also be removed. Finely chop the pulp.
- Peel and chop the eggs with a fork or knife, or cut them into quarters lengthwise and place them on each plate separately when serving.
