The flour is sifted through a sieve so that it is enriched with oxygen. Gently pour the flour into the bowls with the eggs and mix so that no lumps form. I saw beautiful roses with apples on the Internet, but I didn’t get around to making them myself until I tried them at my mother’s. They looked beautiful and were not difficult to prepare. And I started using the recipe for my holiday table.

  • Apples – 2 – 3 pcs.

Process:

  • Cut the apple in half, take out the middle and cut each half into thin slices. Place in hot water. This is done so that they become soft and make it possible to form roses out of them.
