  • Herring - 1 piece
  • Puff pastry – 500 g
  • Leek - 35 g

Preparation:

To make fried zucchini for a family celebration, you will need:

  • 100 g breadcrumbs;
  • 50 g Dijon mustard;
  • 50 g flour;
  • 20 ml table vinegar;
  • 120 ml of any vegetable oil;
  • 3 zucchini;

Ingredients

  • Ham
  • Mushrooms (canned) - 1 jar
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.

1. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs for salad in salted water.

It is NOT convenient for me to peel boiled carrots, so I peel them raw, and boil the potatoes in their skins and then peel them.

2. Grate the boiled potatoes and carrots on a coarse grater.

3. Grate eggs and cheese on a medium or fine grater.

You can use two types of cheese. In addition, I also take melted.

4. Cut the ham and greens (I used green onions) into small cubes.

10. The next layer is carrots. We put it on top of the ham and don’t spare it generously. And again mayonnaise.

11. Our layers are completed with cheese. You need a lot of it to completely cover the salad and grease it again with mayonnaise.

Using a spoon, smooth out the edges and give the salad a neat square shape. If you have a salad pan, then of course you can use it.

Wait until the salad is soaked for several hours and only then serve it to your guests.
