Peel the onions and cut them into half rings. To prepare fried beef liver for this recipe, you can use either white or purple onions, although the latter will make the dish look more colorful.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Place pieces of beef liver on it.

Stir the beef liver with a spatula and fry it for 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle it with black pepper or any other seasonings, but it’s too early to salt it.
