Turkey cutlets in the oven "Delight"

To prepare you will need:

  • 700 g minced meat;
  • 2-3 slices of white bread without crust;
  • 2 small onions;
  • 1 egg;
  • 100 ml milk;
  • 1 small bunch of parsley;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil;
  • 200 g thin slices of bacon;
  • salt, ground paprika.

Wash and dry the parsley, finely chop the greens. Peel and wash the onion, chop finely. Pour milk over the bread, let stand, and then squeeze well. Mix with minced meat, add egg, parsley, chopped onion, salt and season with paprika. Mix well and form small cutlets from the resulting minced meat.

Wrap each cutlet in 2-3 slices of bacon and tie with kitchen string. Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the cutlets. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the dish for 40 minutes. At the end of cooking, turn on the convection or grill mode for 5 minutes.

Chopped turkey cutlets

Required:

  • 4 slices of stale bread;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 bunch of parsley;
  • 800 g chopped fillet;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 teaspoons ground sweet paprika;
  • 6 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs;
  • salt, black pepper;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 400 g sour cream;
  • 200 g natural yogurt;
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice;
  • 5 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise;
  • 4 teaspoons of curry powder.

Soak and squeeze white bread. Peel and chop the onion. Rinse the parsley, chop finely, mix with bread and onions. Add chopped fillet, breadcrumbs, eggs, season with salt, pepper, paprika, knead the mass well with your hands.

Form the mixture into oblong cutlets, thread them onto wooden skewers, place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Prepare the sauce: peel and crush the garlic. Mix sour cream with sauce and mayonnaise. Add lemon juice, curry powder, garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Serve cutlets with sauce.

For those on a diet

Diet is not a reason to deny yourself the consumption of meat dishes. Diet turkey cutlets in the oven turn out very tender and incredibly tasty. White cabbage gives the cutlets juiciness. It can be replaced with pumpkin pulp or zucchini.

Compound:

  • white cabbage – 0.2 kg;
  • 1 sweet bell pepper;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 ½ tbsp. l. semolina;
  • 1 egg;
  • turkey fillet – 0.5 kg;
  • salt, spices - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Thaw the turkey fillet and wash it.
  2. Dry the poultry meat and cut into pieces.
  3. We wash the sweet bell pepper, clean it and cut it into cubes.
  4. Shred white cabbage with a knife.
  5. Peel and chop the onion.
  6. Place all ingredients in a container of a food processor or blender and grind until smooth.
  7. Add semolina to the minced meat and mix everything well again.
  8. We make cutlets and place them in a heat-resistant form.
  9. Place the cutlets in the oven for 20 minutes and bake at a temperature of 200°.

On a note! To ensure that the cutlets get a golden crust, you can turn on the grill function a couple of minutes before the end of cooking.

Steamed turkey cutlets

Required:

  • 500 g minced meat;
  • 0.5 tbsp. cereal flakes;
  • 0.5 tbsp. broth or water;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 0.5 cups grated carrots;
  • ½ teaspoon of a mixture of Italian herbs and paprika;
  • salt.

Soak the cereal flakes in water or broth and leave until they swell. Mix with minced meat, chopped onion, carrots, egg, salt and spices. Form 10-12 cutlets, place in a steaming net, cook for about half an hour.

Turkey and zucchini meat

In the summer, when there is no shortage of vegetables, it will be extremely useful to diversify meat dishes by adding zucchini. The taste of turkey cutlets with zucchini is brighter, and the presence of fresh herbs will allow you to achieve an interesting effect.

  • minced turkey – 500 g;
  • fresh zucchini – 200 g;
  • chicken egg – 1 pc.;
  • wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • greens (fresh onions, parsley, cilantro and dill) - medium bunch;
  • salt - to taste.

  1. Grate the zucchini on a medium or fine grater and mix with the minced turkey.
  2. Add eggs and herbs with salt to the resulting mixture, stir.
  3. Thicken the minced meat with wheat flour - this is required so that the cutlets keep their shape. It is important not to put too much of it, otherwise the cutlets will be dense and lose their juiciness.
  4. Form cutlets and bake in the oven for about half an hour.

For summer dishes - a summer side dish! Cutlets with added vegetables are served with fresh salads or sliced ​​cucumbers, tomatoes and bell peppers. Housewives also recommend sauce made from fresh or dried mushrooms.

Turkey fillet cutlets with vegetables

Required:

  • 500 g fillet;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • 1 small zucchini;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 egg;
  • olive or other odorless vegetable oil;
  • ¼ teaspoon salt;
  • Provençal herbs to taste.

Grind the fillet in a meat grinder. Cut the peeled carrots and onions into small cubes. Place the vegetables in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.

Peel the zucchini and grate the pulp on a coarse grater. Squeeze out excess liquid. Combine minced meat, sautéed vegetables and zucchini in a bowl. Add the egg, salt, season with Provencal herbs, mix well. Form the minced meat into cutlets.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown. Then place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Place the cutlets in a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Place a fireproof container with water at the bottom.

Required:

  • 500 g fillet;
  • 200 ml milk;
  • 1 onion;
  • 100 g white bread;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 egg;
  • 100 g olives;
  • 50 g peeled walnuts;
  • 40 ml cream;
  • 80 g breadcrumbs;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil.

Pass the fillet through a meat grinder. Soak white bread in milk and squeeze it out. Peel the onion and garlic, chop finely, fry in vegetable oil. Combine minced meat, onion, garlic and bread. Beat in the egg, add salt and mix.

Prepare the filling. Grind the nuts and olives in a blender, add cream, mix the mixture well. Form the minced meat into flat cakes, place the filling in the center of each, pinch the edges and give the zrazy an oblong shape. Turkey with prunes

The set of ingredients is minimal - 0.5 kg of fillet and 0.1 kg of prunes. Spices to taste.

Finely chop the meat along with prunes, mix, add water and simmer for 35 minutes in a frying pan. Salt before turning off.

There is a stereotype: if there are cutlets, then they must be fried. You can prepare minced turkey cutlets either in the oven or by steaming them.

Steamed recipe. 1 kg of meat is minced in a meat grinder along with an onion, 2-3 pieces of white bread are soaked in half a glass of milk, salt is added. Beat an egg into the minced meat and form small cutlets. You can bring it to readiness in a double boiler or in a water bath. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, place a metal colander on top, and place the formed cutlets in it. Cooking time: 40 minutes. It is advisable to turn it over 1-2 times.

For dietary cutlets you need to prepare the following set of products:

Turkey with rice

  • turkey - 1 kg;
  • broth - 4 cups;
  • tomatoes - 800 g;
  • rice - 4 tbsp.

First, cook broth from turkey meat with onion. Remove the meat, discard the onion, and strain the broth. The liquid is again placed on the fire, herbs and spices are added: pepper sauce, garlic powder, basil, salt. Add rice and pre-stewed tomatoes. When the rice is cooked, add the diced meat and a glass of fresh green peas. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Glazed meat

Prepare for glazing:

  • citrus marmalade - a third of a glass;
  • wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • grated ginger root - 1 tbsp.

Ground turkey meatballs with homemade ketchup

Required:

  • 500 g minced fillet;
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • olive oil;
  • salt, ground black pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon sugar;
  • 6 tbsp. spoons of vinegar;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of starch;
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream.

Peel and chop the onion, fry half in oil until translucent. Add diced tomatoes, half a teaspoon of sugar, stir. Simmer covered over low heat for 30 minutes. Puree the mixture, mix in vinegar and starch diluted in cold water. Bring the finished ketchup to a boil, season with curry.

Mix the minced meat with the remaining onion and sour cream, add salt and pepper, and mix well. Form small balls and fry in a dry frying pan until cooked. Place on a dish, sprinkle with ketchup, and serve with any side dish.
