  10. After checking the degree of cooking with a torch or match, take out the finished muffins.
  11. Place the tartlets and the next portion of dough into the empty molds again. Let's bake.
  12. If desired, dust the muffins with powdered sugar using a small strainer.

  • milk – 250 ml;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • vanilla bean – ½ pod;

  • pitted cherries – 450 g;
  • sugar – 150 g;
  • butter – 250 g;
  • chicken egg – 3 pcs.;
  • wheat flour – 400 g;

  • pumpkin puree – 120 g;
  • a pinch of salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Thaw frozen cherries and let the juice drain;
  2. For the caramel milk, melt 50g sugar over low heat until slightly golden. At the same time, heat the milk in another container. Carefully pour the milk into the prepared caramel, stirring with a whisk. Remove from heat.
  3. Add 50 g of sugar and vanilla beans from half a pod to the caramel milk. Break the eggs into the mixture and, stirring vigorously, bring it over low heat to the consistency of regular kefir - about 10 minutes. Then remove the pan and immediately place it in ice water, continuing stirring for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Beat softened butter with 150 g of sugar until volume increases and light color. Add the eggs one at a time, beating the mixture thoroughly after each one.
  5. We gradually add caramel milk, sifted flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt, and homemade or ready-made pumpkin puree.
  6. Gently fold the cherries into the beautiful caramel dough.
  7. Grease a large baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour, lay out the dough.
  8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 60-70 minutes, check for readiness using a matchstick.

Step-by-step algorithm of actions with photos:
