Compound:

  • canned beans – 100 g;
  • sprats in oil – 0.25 kg;
  • canned corn – 100 g;
  • pitted olives – 50 g;
  • cheese – 100 g;

  • rye crackers – 100 g;
  • mayonnaise – 100 ml.

Cooking method:

  • Pour the sprat oil over the crackers.

  • Sour cream (I use no more than 15% fat content) - 4 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the carrots for about 20 minutes, cool them. Quickly peel and chop it on a coarse or medium grater.
  2. We divide our delicious cheese into 2 equal parts and grate it on a coarse grater.
  3. Cut the carbonade (or ham/chicken) into neat thin strips. Tip: To add some flavor to your salad, I recommend holding the knife diagonally while cutting.
  4. Finely chop the greens. We grate the garlic on the finest grater, chop it as finely as possible with a knife (I always do this when adding it to salads) or through a garlic press (press).
  5. Mix our ingredients, season with sour cream or homemade mayonnaise (recipe at the end of the article). Salt and pepper to taste.

Compound:

  • radish – 0.2 kg;
  • carrots – 100 g;
  • apple – 0.2 kg;
