- 100 g each of granulated sugar and regular flour.
- 1 bar of white chocolate.

Cool the finished pie completely on a wire rack and soak in the juice of half a lemon mixed with the remaining sugar.
Creating a luxurious treat
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave oven or in a water bath. Cool slightly.
- Place the softened butter in a deep container. Add 45 grams of granulated sugar, then beat with a mixer until smooth. Pour in the melted chocolate and mix well. Add a pinch of salt and chicken yolks. Beat the mixture thoroughly again with a mixer.
- Place the whites in a separate dry bowl. Start beating with a mixer at low speed. Gradually increasing the speed of the device, add granulated sugar (190 grams) in small portions. Beat the mass until stable peaks appear (like meringue).
- Sift the flour through a sieve into a separate container. Add a packet of baking powder and vanilla. To stir thoroughly.
- Carefully fold the egg white mixture into the chocolate mixture. Add flour with vanilla and baking powder. Knead the dough until it has a homogeneous consistency.
- Grease the springform pan with a piece of butter, then pour the prepared mixture into it. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, and then place the dough with chocolate into it. The baked goods will be ready in 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the hot biscuit from the oven and leave until completely cooled, then remove from the mold. Now the circumference of the cake should be trimmed a little. This should be done so that there is a gap of one centimeter (approximately) between the walls of the mold and the biscuit. Soak the chocolate cake with butter liqueur. Place the baked goods back into the pan, and then place them in the freezer while the first type of mousse is prepared.
- Place each piece of gelatin in three separate containers. Pour in 25 milliliters of cream (for 8 grams). Leave to swell for 20-30 minutes.
- Beat the well-chilled cream with a mixer until stiff peaks appear. Divide the resulting mass into three equal parts. Place the prepared ingredient in the refrigerator.
- Break the dark chocolate into pieces and combine with butter. Send over low heat and, stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a liquid state. Add the swollen gelatin and heat the mixture until it is completely dissolved. Don't boil! Remove the mixture from the heat. Pour in the liqueur and mix well. Allow to cool to 40-50 degrees. Carefully, with constant stirring, add one portion of whipped cream.
- Remove the biscuit pan from the freezer. Place a thick film on the sides of the container so that it is at least 5-7 centimeters higher than the sides. Spread the black chocolate mousse over the entire surface of the cake, and also fill the gap between the mold and the sponge cake. Smooth out the cream with a silicone spatula. Return the form to the freezer.
- Prepare milk chocolate mousse in the same way, then spread it over the entire surface of the dessert. Put the form with the treat in the freezer again. Lastly make the white chocolate mousse. It is prepared in the same way as previous creams. Spread the white mousse over the milk chocolate layer.
- Place the formed cake in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
- Prepare white glaze. Break the chocolate into pieces. In a convenient bowl, combine cream and butter. Place the container with dairy products on the stove and bring to a boil. As soon as the first bubbles appear on the surface of the mass, add chocolate to it. Whisk the glaze constantly until all the white bits have melted.
- Remove the dessert from the refrigerator. Tilt the cake pan in different directions and pour the slightly cooled glaze onto it. It should be evenly distributed over the entire surface of the dessert. Place the container with the treat in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Remove the cake from the mold and then decorate as you wish. Baking with white chocolate, three layers of the most delicate mousse and a deliciously soft sponge cake is completely ready. The delight of guests and family is guaranteed!
