  • 1.5 tbsp. l. Teriyaki sauce;
  • bulb;
  • 200 gr. porcini mushrooms;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the mushrooms, onions and meat into small pieces, fry until tender, add a little salt.
  2. Cook noodles for 8 minutes in boiling water, drain.
  3. Chop the garlic and carrots with ginger and add to the chicken. Fry until carrots are soft.
  4. Pour in Teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, add noodles, stir. Fry the chicken with vegetables and udon noodles for another five minutes over low heat.
