  • Wheat flour – 2 cups

  • Sour cream 20% – 1 l

  • Vanilla - 1 tsp.

For decoration:

  • Kiwi – 1 piece
  • Chocolate - to taste

So, let's start with making cookies, for this we need 2 deep cups. We will pour the white into one, and the yolk from the eggs into the other. Add a glass of sugar to each container.

Now we need the help of a blender, beat both mixtures until smooth. We take out a larger bowl and mix the whites and yolks in it. Sift the flour through a sieve and mix it into our mixture in portions. We extinguish the soda with vinegar and mix the dough. All that remains is to add vanillin.

Let's prepare a baking tray for baking the “cakes” by generously greasing it with a piece of butter. Pour the dough into the mold and distribute it evenly. Place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake until done, about 20 minutes. You can check the readiness with a wooden stick; if there are no traces of dough left on it, then the cake is ready.

Let the cake cool a little. Now we need to use a glass to cut out the circles. Starting from the edge of the tray along the entire length, cut the flatbreads.

We don’t throw away the scraps, they will also go into the cake. Let's start assembling it and place what we have left from cutting out the circles onto a plate in a heap.

Next, we need to make a cream impregnation so that the cake is not a dry sponge cake. Mix sour cream and remaining sugar until smooth. Let's pour some of this mass into a pile of scraps. In the rest, dip each shortcake in cream and place on a plate. You can lay out the head and paws from cookies. Make eyes with cream or raisins, for example. We give our treat a couple of hours to soak and serve.

Delicious “Turtle” cake with bananas

Ingredients:

  • 1.3 tbsp flour;
  • 1 tbsp sugar;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 550 g sour cream;
  • ½ tsp baking powder;
  • 4 bananas;
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar.

For the glaze:

  • 70 g butter;
  • 6 tbsp milk;
  • 5 tablespoons each of sugar and cocoa.

Mix flour with baking powder. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat with sugar until light. Pour flour into eggs in small portions and mix everything until smooth.

Spoon biscuits onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 180°C for 7 minutes.

Mix sour cream with powder until a homogeneous cream is formed. Peel the bananas and cut into thin slices.

Dip the cooled biscuits into the cream and form them into a shell-like mound. Place a layer of banana slices between each layer of cookies.

Grease the cake with the remaining cream on all sides, make an imitation of the head and legs from the shortcakes and set the dessert in the cold for about 30 minutes. Place butter, cocoa, sugar in a saucepan and pour in milk.

Place the saucepan on the stove and cook the glaze until the sugar and butter dissolve. Brush the glaze over the turtle shell and place the dessert in the refrigerator overnight.

How to make Turtle Cake with Kiwi at home

And now I will show you how to make a wonderful sea turtle. It can also be called emerald, since it turns out to be a beautiful green color (thanks to kiwi). Such a cake no longer requires decoration; it itself will be a table decoration. I think that serving such a dessert on a holiday table would not be a shame.

Don’t be alarmed, it’s not particularly difficult to make such a beautiful reptile. I would even say the opposite - simple! So, if you can’t make any other cakes, feel free to start making them! This one will work out one hundred percent.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Chicken eggs - 5 pcs
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Sour cream - 1 l
  • Condensed milk - 1 can
  • Dark chocolate – 1 bar
  • Kiwi - for decoration
  • Banana - for decoration

Preparation:

When we have all the ingredients for cooking, we begin to create. Break all the eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with a whisk. Next, add sugar to them and mix too.

Well, the only thing left is the flour (+ baking powder), be sure to pass it through a sieve so that later you are not bothered by lumps in the mixture. In order to better mix the contents with flour, you can use a mixer.

So, our dough is ready, now we need to bake the cookies. Therefore, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place baking paper on a baking sheet, and spread the mixture using a tablespoon. It is quite possible that you will have to bake even 2, or maybe 3 baking sheets, it depends on the size of the tray itself and how large or small you make the cookies.

After our miniature cakes have cooled, you can start assembling the cake. Let's prepare a cream for it; for this we mix sour cream and condensed milk. Arrange the cookies in a heap, dipping each one in sweet cream. We put banana slices between the cookies, so the cake will become even sweeter and more tender.

Let's leave a few things for the top. We will not dip them; we will prepare a chocolate filling by melting it in a water bath. We coat the top with liquid chocolate and it’s almost ready, all that’s left is to decorate our turtle.

Wash the kiwi, peel it, and cut it into thin slices. We place them on top of the cake, tightly covering the turtle’s body, as if the kiwi were its shell. We decorate the head, legs and you're done! Let the cake soak for a couple of hours and you can enjoy it. Enjoy your tea!

“Emerald turtle” with kiwi

Ingredients:

  • 500 g flour;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 tbsp sugar;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 500 ml milk;
  • 1 tsp slaked soda;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
  • 3 bananas;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 3-4 kiwis.

To prepare the dough, pour a can of condensed milk into a bowl and beat 1 egg. Mix the ingredients well.

Add flour and slaked soda to the mixture. Mix everything again and leave the dough for 5 minutes. on the table. Knead the dough again and divide it into 8 parts so that each subsequent piece is slightly smaller than the previous one.

Roll each part into a flat cake and prick with a fork. Grease a baking tray with oil, cover with baking paper and place the flatbreads on it.

Bake the shortcakes in an oven preheated to 180°C for 5-7 minutes. Using plates, carefully trim the finished cooled cakes.

To prepare the cream, pour milk into a saucepan, break 2 eggs into it, add a glass of sugar, 2 tbsp flour and add vanilla sugar. Mix the mass thoroughly.

Place the saucepan on low heat. Cook the cream until it thickens. Turn off the stove and add butter to the sweet mass.

Assemble the cake, coating the layers with cream. Apply cream to the top of the dessert and its sides and smooth with a spatula.

  • Sour cream 20% – 700 gr

Of course, we start by preparing the dough; to do this, break all the eggs into a deep container and beat them with a fork.

Then add sugar to them and mix until smooth. Add soda to the flour, sift through a sieve directly into the bowl. Knead the dough, it should turn out like thick sour cream.

Now you need to bake the cookies - put baking paper on a baking tray and spoon out the dough with a tablespoon. You won't need to bake a single tray, so you can grease the paper with vegetable oil (but just a little). Mini cakes are baked at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

When the cakes are ready, we will make a cream in which we will dip them. To do this, we need to mix the sour cream, it is better to do this with a mixer. Next, dip each circle in the impregnation and place it on the prepared cake plate.

We make a turtle and cover it with delicious glaze on top. To make it, we need to mix a glass of sugar, milk, softened butter and put it on fire. You need to stir occasionally and wait until the products are completely dissolved. Pour the finished glaze over our cake and let it sit for several hours.

How to make a delicious Turtle cake with condensed milk at home

  • Bitter chocolate – 80 gr

Next, while continuing to beat the yolks, add the rest of the sugar. Carefully, a little at a time, using a spatula, combine both masses.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour – 200 gr
  • Chicken eggs – 5 pcs + 2 pcs
  • Sugar – 300 gr + 250 gr
  • Cocoa – 4 tsp.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Butter – 180 gr
  • Vanillin – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

In a deep bowl, beat eggs (5 pieces) with sugar using a mixer and add flour (with baking powder) to them in portions. And we also need to put cocoa powder in the dough, this time our cookies will be chocolate.

Place the dough in a baking dish or baking tray greased with vegetable oil. We use a spoon and try to place the cakes at a distance of at least 3-4 cm from each other. Place them in a preheated oven (180 degrees) and bake for 5-7 minutes.

In the meantime, let's make custard; to do this, mix 2 eggs with milk, vanilla and sugar (250 g). Put the mixture on the fire and stir it constantly. Don't move away from the cream, otherwise it will either run away, or there will be lumps, or maybe both. Add butter, which has previously been softened, to the finished mixture.

Now, as in previous recipes, dip the cookies in the cream, place them on a dish, following the shape (turtle). You can grate chocolate shavings on top or melt it and pour it over the cake. Leave the treat in the refrigerator for several hours and it is completely ready to eat.

How to make a Turtle Cake from store-bought cookies

Ingredients:

  • 500 g round cookies;
  • 800 g sour cream;
  • a little vanillin or cocoa powder;
  • 250 g sugar;
  • fruits, chocolate for decoration.

Pour sour cream into a bowl and pour sugar and vanillin into it. Line a wide round bowl with cling film.
