The chosen option may also change the specifics of preparing the wings: to cook on skewers, they need to be separated from the third small joint, otherwise it will char, but if the wings are cooked on the grill, then they don’t need to be removed from this joint: just place the wings so that this joint was also pressed against the bars.

You will need: 1.5 kg of chicken wings, 400 ml of mayonnaise, 1 head of garlic, pepper, salt.
How to bake chicken wings on a wire rack. Mix mayonnaise with garlic, pepper and salt passed through a press, add washed wings, mix, refrigerate for 30 minutes - 3 hours. When grilling chicken wings, it is better to grease the grill with vegetable oil in advance to prevent the meat from burning or sticking.
Also, do not place the wings too close to each other. There should be a space of at least 0.5 centimeters between them so that the meat is fried evenly on all sides. Ingredients:

- 0.5 cups of tomato paste;

Mix all these ingredients (to do this, the garlic must first be passed through a garlic press). In this marinade, the shish kebab from the wings will marinate quite quickly (in 2-3 hours), but it is best to leave the kebab to marinate overnight - this way the wings will acquire an unusually delicate honey flavor, and the soy sauce will give the meat a slight spiciness.
Soy sauce is the basis of another interesting marinade. It also contains wine vinegar, but don’t be alarmed - the amount of it here is not so great that the meat becomes too soft.
Marinade for wings with soy sauce
