So, if we cook the wings, then almost until done. We do it this way: put the wings in cold water, bring to a boil and drain the water. Pour clean water into the pan again and cook until it reaches the desired state. Salt shortly before removing from the broth.
Take a frying pan, pour sunflower oil into it and heat it up.
Meanwhile, cut the onion into cubes and then place in a hot frying pan.
