Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pasta;
  • 300 g raw or smoked chicken breast (fillet);
  • 1 small onion;
  • 3 eggs;
  • salt and spices to taste;
  • 3 tbsp. sour cream for greasing the casserole;
  • 2 tbsp. butter for greasing the pan;
  • flour or semolina for sprinkling the mold;
  • sour cream for serving.

Chicken Pasta Casserole Recipe

1. You can use any pasta to prepare the casserole. Long classic pasta, spaghetti, noodles are suitable. But the easiest way to soak the sauce and the most convenient is small pasta such as horns, shells, bows.

2. Place a pan of water on the stove, add a little salt and bring to a boil. When the water boils, add the pasta and cook until half cooked (al dente). Keep in mind that the pasta will still be baked in the oven and it should not turn into porridge. Place the pasta in a colander and let the water drain. Then transfer to a deep bowl. Let the pasta cool completely. While the pasta is cooking, you can prepare the chicken.

3. In the meantime, you can grease the baking dish with butter or vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina or flour. If you use a silicone mold, you don't have to grease it.

5. If you use smoked fillet, just chop it. And if you choose fresh chicken meat, then you need to fry it with onions until tender in a small amount of vegetable oil. Moreover, it is better to use chicken breast, since it still has skin with a layer of fat on it, and the fillet will not be so dry. Cool the smoked or fried fillet with onions completely and add to the bowl with the pasta and eggs. In between times, set the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

6. Salt and pepper to taste, add spices, mix the pasta mixture for the casserole. Among the seasonings that are perfect for the casserole are curry, dried basil, suneli hops or rosemary with thyme of your choice (it is better not to mix spice sets).

7. Place the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

8. Spread sour cream on top so that the casserole of pasta and chicken breast gets a beautiful golden brown crust during cooking.

9. Send to cook in a preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes. Temperature regime – 180 degrees. When you see that the egg has set and the casserole has become rosy and golden on all sides, it’s time to take it out of the oven.

10. Cool the finished casserole and turn it out of the pan onto a plate. While the casserole is hot, cutting it beautifully is quite problematic. Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables into small squares, the onion into half rings. Pre-scald the tomatoes and remove the peel. Pass the garlic through a garlic press.
  2. Heat a frying pan with oil, put peppers and onions in it for 1-2 minutes, then add tomatoes, garlic and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add ketchup and leave for another 10 minutes.
  3. Boil the chicken and chop finely.
  4. Boil pasta in slightly salted water and rinse.
  5. Take a baking container, grease it with oil and place the pasta and chicken breast there.

You will need:

  • pasta - 200 g;
  • chicken - 200 g;
  • mushrooms (champignons) - 100 g;
  • mozzarella - 100 g;
  • cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • salt pepper.

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms into slices and fry in a frying pan over low heat.
  3. Boil the chicken breast, chop finely.

Description of preparation

  1. Boil the fillet until tender, cool, and cut into small pieces.
  2. Place the boiled pasta in a colander and add a little butter.
  3. Mix the meat and pasta in a deep, comfortable bowl.

Pasta casserole with chicken “Vegetable Sonata”

  • half a pack of pasta;
  • 500 g chicken legs;
  • a glass of grated cheese;
  • two onions;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • salt, black pepper to taste;
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l. flour;
  • a glass of milk.

Description of preparation:

  1. Boil the legs in salted water until tender. Cool and separate the meat from the bones into small pieces.
  2. Fry the onion, cut into half rings, in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add garlic crushed through a press, salt and pepper to taste. Place the prepared meat on the onion and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
  3. We will prepare the sauce for pouring in a deep frying pan. Take the flour and fry it in well-heated vegetable oil until it gets a beautiful golden color. Salt and pepper to taste. Then carefully pour the milk into the flour in a thin stream and stir all the time, without stopping, until smooth, avoiding the formation of lumps.
  4. Boil the pasta in salted water with the addition of a spoon of vegetable oil. Place them in the prepared pan, greased with oil. Top with chicken meat, level the surface of the casserole and pour in the sauce.
  5. Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and serve, sprinkled with cheese.

Cannelloni with mushrooms and chicken

This recipe is similar to the previous one in terms of preparation, but the taste of this dish is completely different. We will prepare Italian pasta with chicken in the oven like this:

  • In a preheated frying pan, fry one chopped onion, one finely chopped chicken breast and 150 grams of randomly chopped champignons.
  • Grate 100 grams of hard cheese and mix it with the cooled filling.

  • butter;
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt, spices to taste.

Description of preparation:

  1. Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil. Cut the fillet into thin strips and place on the onion. Cover with a lid and simmer. To make the meat juicy, add a little water or ready-made broth.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the pasta until half cooked.
  3. At the end of the meat’s readiness, add tomato sauce, spices of your choice, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper and fry without a lid.
  4. For the filling sauce, heat the milk, it should be hot, and add a couple of tablespoons of butter to it.
  5. In a preheated dry frying pan, bring the flour to a golden color and a slight nutty smell, add salt.
  6. Pour a small amount of milk into the flour, stirring constantly, directly in the pan. Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan with milk and over low heat, stirring constantly, bring the sauce until thick.
  7. Grease the mold with oil, lay some of the pasta in a layer, pour over the sauce, lay out the chicken, make another layer of pasta and pour in the remaining sauce.
  8. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees until done.
