It is named so because it contains white wine, which makes the finished products incredibly aromatic and with a piquant aftertaste. To prepare pies with apples from wine dough, you will need the following ingredients: 1. Premium wheat flour - 400 grams. 2. Butter – 100 grams. 3. Dry white wine – 150 ml. 4. Granulated sugar – 50 grams. 5. Apples – 3 pieces. 6. Potato starch - 1 tablespoon. 7. A pinch of salt. How to make pies with apples from wine dough: 1. Melt the butter in a water bath or in the microwave. Add a little granulated sugar and a pinch of salt to a bowl with butter, pour in the wine. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Then gradually begin to add the sifted flour, knead a homogeneous dough. Form the dough into a ball and wrap it in cling film; place the dough in the refrigerator for at least one hour. 2. Rinse the apples under running water, peel them, cut out the cores with seeds. Grate the apples on a coarse grater, sprinkle with granulated sugar, stir and leave for one hour. After the specified time has passed, drain the released juice. Sprinkle apples with potato starch and stir. The filling is ready. 3.
