But the quality of the products leaves much to be desired in this establishment. Therefore, we will prepare these pies at home. The products are the simplest. Making pies is not difficult at all. This amount of ingredients makes ten wonderful pies.

Classic baked pies with apples in the oven

You will need:

  • butter - 75 g;
  • flour - 450 gr;
  • milk - 170 ml;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • three eggs;
  • granulated sugar - 150 g;
  • apples - 0.4 kg;
  • dry yeast - 20 gr.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. First we make the dough. Heat the milk for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour it into a large saucepan, add yeast.
  3. Add 50 grams of sugar. Stir with a spoon until the bulk ingredients dissolve in the milk.
  4. Break two eggs into the same pan.
  5. Separately, soften the butter and add it to the milk.
  6. Place a sieve over the bowl of milk and pass the flour through it.
  7. Form the dough with your hands. It should not stick to your hands.
  8. We form a ball out of it and put it in a basin under a towel.
  9. We leave it in the kitchen for one hour.
  10. Let's start with the filling: Process the apples by washing them, cutting them into slices, removing the seeds and the hard middle.
  11. Cut the pulp into small pieces.
  12. Add the remaining sugar to the apples and mix. To prevent the filling from darkening, sprinkle lemon juice on it.

  • one egg.

Prepare this dish like this:

  1. Make a dough first. To create it you will need one and a half tbsp. flour, 80 g sugar, yeast and flour. Next one art. l. flour, brew ¼ tbsp. boiling milk. Pour the milk into the flour gradually, stirring quickly to avoid lumps.
  2. Heat the remaining glass of milk to 34 °C, dissolve sugar (80 g) in it and pour into the brewed flour. Add yeast and stir until smooth.
  3. Sift the flour for the dough and pour the liquid part into it. The consistency of the dough should be identical to medium-density sour cream.
  4. Now cover the dough with a cloth and place it in a warm room for 50 minutes. The mass should increase by 2 times. First, it will form a “cap” on which small bubbles will appear. When the “cap” settles a little and the bubbles decrease, you’re done!
  5. Now melt the butter until it is lukewarm.
  6. Pour the prepared sponge dough into the rest of the flour. Beat the egg with salt and sugar and add it there. Mix everything and combine with melted butter.
  7. The resulting dough may stick to your hands, but do not rush to add flour. Make a ball test in this way: squeeze the dough in your hand and squeeze it through your index finger and thumb. If the ball will hold its shape, do not add flour. Just knead the dough very well.
  8. Place the finished dough in a warm room for 40 minutes. Then knead and let it sit for another 40 minutes. It should increase in volume by 3 times.
  9. There is no need to add flour when cutting the dough. Just smear your hands and table with vegetable oil.
  10. Now make the apple filling for the pies. Peel the fruit, remove the cores, and chop finely. Mix apples with sugar. Set aside for 20 minutes. Then squeeze and add cinnamon.
  11. Divide the dough into 16 parts. Form round cakes and place the filling on them one spoon at a time. Seal the pies in the same way as dumplings.
