  • rice noodles – 250 g

Prepare the vegetables: cut the onion into thin rings, grate the carrots, finely chop the zucchini and bell pepper.


Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry carrots and onions until golden brown.


Add bell peppers and zucchini to the pan, simmer, tightly closing the lid until the vegetables are fully cooked.


Wash, peel, dry the mushrooms, chop finely, add to the prepared vegetables in the pan, stir, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes.


Thinly slice the tomatoes, add them to the vegetables along with chopped garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Simmer over low heat.


While the vegetables are stewing, prepare the rice noodles. To do this, boil water, add salt and noodles to the pan. Cover with a lid, remove the pan from the heat and keep for 5 - 7 minutes. After this, place the noodles in a colander and let the water drain. Add noodles to vegetables, stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.


Simmer the contents of the pan for another 3 - 4 minutes. Serve rice noodles with champignons, zucchini and soy sauce slightly cooled.

Salads with raw champignons marinated in soy sauce: quick recipes

Salad with champignons and instant soy sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g champignons
  • 2 herrings
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 hard-boiled egg

  • 1 pickled cucumber

  • 150 g marinated champignons
  • 2 fish
  • 1 cup green peas

  • Champignon;
  • cheese (200 g);
  • garlic;
  • mayonnaise (1 pack);
  • seasonings

Carefully remove the stems from the vegetables and wash them. The garlic must be peeled and passed through a press or chopped very finely. Next it is added to each of the caps. This is required by the classic recipe for cooking champignons in foil in the oven. If there is no garlic in the refrigerator or the guests simply don’t like it, you can safely continue without it.

Cheese is also one of the constant ingredients. What it will be exactly depends only on the cook. It is permissible to use even smoked one.
