Ingredients:

Dough:

  • wheat flour – 400 grams;
  • sour cream 20% - 200 grams;
  • butter (margarine) – 100 grams;
  • salt and sugar - 0.5 teaspoon each.

Filling:

  • fresh cabbage – 500 grams;
  • boiled egg - 4 pieces;
  • butter – 15-20 milliliters;
  • onion – 1 head;
  • vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon;
  • greens (any) - to taste;
  • salt, ground pepper - to taste.

Additionally:

  • yolk for greasing - 1 piece;
  • cumin (sesame) - for sprinkling.

  1. Prepare the dough: mix flour with sugar and salt, add soft butter and grind into crumbs.

2. Add cold sour cream and continue kneading. The dough doesn't come together well at first, but under the warmth of your hands, all the crumbs go in and a ball forms.

3. There is no need to knead for a long time; the dough should be dense and uneven when removed. Wrap it in a bag or film and put it in the refrigerator for now.

4. Prepare the filling: chop the cabbage into short strips and put it in boiling water. Bring to a boil again at maximum heat, reduce and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

5. Rinse with cold water.

6. Carefully squeeze out the moisture, pour in hot oil. Mix.

7. Add onions fried in vegetable oil, cut into quarters. While frying the onions, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and add a pinch of sugar.
