Dough:
- Butter – 100 gr.
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Kefir – 400 ml.
- Baking soda – 5 gr.
- Flour – 250 gr.
- Salt - a pinch
Filling:
- Shredded cabbage – 1 kg.
- Fresh dill - to taste
- Onion – 1 head
- Hard-boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Salt, ground pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil
Mold with a diameter of 24 cm.
Preparation:
1. Let's start by preparing the filling. We remove the top limp leaves from the head of cabbage and cut them from the stalk. Shred it into thin strips.
Lightly add salt and knead with hands. This will make the straws softer and release juice.
2. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Place in a bowl with cabbage.
3. Peel the carrots. Using a coarse grater, grate it into the total vegetable mass.
4. Pour some vegetable oil into the frying pan. Heat it over high heat. First mix the vegetables thoroughly and then send them to fry.
Fry until the vegetables are almost ready and soft. You need to stir occasionally. You can actually regulate the power of the stove.
The exact frying time depends on the variety and age of the cabbage. In this case, it took about 20 minutes.
Transfer the finished mixture to a separate bowl. Leave for a while so that everything cools down to a warm state.
5. In the meantime, let's do the dough. Lightly melt the butter. If small lumps remain, no problem. Afterwards it should cool down a little.
6. Pour in raw eggs and kefir. Salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk or fork.
7. In a separate bowl, mix the sifted flour with soda. Add this dry mixture to the liquid mixture in portions, stirring after each time. As a result, the dough should be smooth and homogeneous, like thick sour cream.
8. Add the diced egg and finely chopped herbs to the cooled vegetable mass. Salt and pepper to taste.
9. In this case, we use a mold with a diameter of 24 cm. Cover the bottom with parchment, grease it and the sides with butter.
Place about half of the finished dough here. Align the layer.
10. We evenly distribute all the filling onto it.
Well, pour over the rest of the dough. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. We bake the product here for about 30-40 minutes.
Determine readiness with a toothpick. Dip it into the middle of the baked goods and remove it back out. If the splinter remains dry, without any raw dough, then everything is ready!

- Fresh champignons – 500 gr.

- Vegetable oil – 80-100 ml.
Fill:
- Raw eggs – 4 pcs.
- Sour cream (20% or other) – 200 gr.
- Milk – 200 ml.
- Salt – 0.5 tsp.
- Ground paprika – 0.5 tsp.
- Mixture of ground peppers – 0.5 tsp.
- Hard cheese – 100 gr.
+ a little butter for greasing the pan.
Preparation:
1. Let's prepare the filling. Use a coarse grater to grate the carrots and cut the onion into thin half rings. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it thoroughly. Add the vegetables here and fry for a couple of minutes until the onion is translucent.
2. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Send to fry with vegetables. Stirring, cook until the liquid released by the champignons has evaporated. From that moment on, let’s brown them for another 5 minutes.
3. Add tomato sauce. This could be juice, twisted tomatoes, or diluted tomato paste. Volume – approximately 150 ml. Mix. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, finely chop the cabbage. Place it in a common frying pan. Stirring, cook without a lid for 7-10 minutes.
5. We cut the ham into not too long strips. Transfer to the stewed vegetables. Add salt, ground pepper and paprika.
You can adjust the quantity and composition of seasonings to taste.
6. Mix well and fry for another 3 minutes. Then turn off the heat under the frying pan. Let the mixture cool slightly.
7. Divide the finished filling into 2 equal parts. We distribute each one onto 2 sheets of pita bread, slightly retreating from the edges.
8. Roll into a tight roll. Cut each into pieces approximately 4-5 cm wide.
9. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with a piece of butter.
In this case, a springform pan with a diameter of 22 cm is used. Please note that the dishes must be of high quality and not leak. After all, we will be filling it with liquid mass.
10. Here we place the pieces of roll cut side up, close to each other. But not so much that the filling falls out.
11. Preparing the filling. In a mixer bowl, combine eggs, milk and sour cream. Add salt, paprika and pepper mixture. Beat everything until smooth. If you don’t have a mixer, you can mix with a regular hand whisk.
12. Pour this mixture over each piece of roll. So that the filling gets inside each piece and between them.
13. Heat the oven to 200°C. We send the product here for 40 minutes. 5 minutes before it’s ready, take out the pie and sprinkle it with grated cheese. Place back into the oven until the cheese melts.

- Pour oil into a frying pan and fry the onion for a few minutes. Then add the minced meat and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Potatoes must be immersed in boiling water for a few minutes.
- For baking, you can use not only a mold, but also a cast iron frying pan. Grease its surface with oil and place part of the dough.
- Then place the potato pieces.
- After this comes a layer of meat and onions.
- Pour the remaining dough over the dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Then lower the temperature and bake for another 15 minutes.
