A classic jellied pie, tender, tasty and quick, prepared with kefir. For the test you need:

  • Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, beat with a whisk or fork;
  • sift 1 tbsp. premium wheat flour, add ½ tsp. baking powder, mix with eggs;
  • pour in 200 ml of kefir, stirring at low speed with a mixer or whisk.

  1. Wash a bunch of green onions, dry them on a paper towel, finely chop them, and add salt to taste.

  • Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and a little paprika and black pepper;
  • add 300 g of fat sour cream to the eggs, stir well with a fork or whisk;
  • sift 1 tbsp. wheat flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder or soda;
  • pour the flour into the sour cream and eggs, stir so that there are no lumps.

While the dough is “resting” and gluten is forming in it, you need to prepare the filling:

  • wash a bunch of green onions. Together (or instead) you can take parsley, dill, sorrel, spinach, and other greens. Dry on a paper towel and finely chop. Lightly salt and pepper, knead with your hands to make the filling more juicy and soft;
  • hard boil 2 eggs, cool, peel, chop finely, add to greens;
  • grate 100 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater, mix with the rest of the filling ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 1800C. Line the pan with parchment paper or grease it with butter. Place the filling and pour a layer of liquid, well-mixed dough onto it. Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes. The pie should be baked, browned, and the cheese should melt. This pie is delicious both hot and cold.

Cooking pies with eggs and green onions in the oven begins with kneading the dough. Crumble the wet yeast into a bowl using your hands.

Pour warm milk over them. Milk temperature is 45-50C.

Add salt and sugar to milk.

Pour in sunflower oil (refined).

Whisk the mixture until smooth. Salt and sugar should completely dissolve.

Add flour to the yeast dough base in small portions.

After the dough has become thicker. Transfer it to a work surface, sprinkle with flour and knead with your hands. The consistency of the finished yeast dough for pies with eggs and green onions is clearly visible in the photo. The dough should be soft and not clogged.

Place the dough back into the bowl. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place. The cake should be 1 cm thick and 7-8 cm in diameter.

  • hard boil 2 eggs, cool, peel and crush with a fork;
  • wash and dry on a paper towel, finely chop a bunch of green onions;
  • boil 3 tbsp. l. rice until soft. You can salt the rice while cooking, then no longer add salt to the filling. Drain the water;
  • mix the filling components before the rice has time to cool, add 2 tbsp. l. butter.

To prepare the dough, mix 5 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, 2 eggs, 120 g wheat flour. The flour must first be sifted through a sieve and 1 tsp added to it. baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix all ingredients to form a homogeneous flowing dough. Add the filling to it and mix again so that it is evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and dust it with wheat flour so that the cake does not stick to the walls and bottom. Place the dough into it, carefully level it and put the multicooker in the “Baking” mode. It will take a little over an hour to prepare the pie. There is no need to remove the pie from the multicooker immediately after cooking; let it simmer there for another 20-30 minutes. Then remove, turn upside down and serve.

Required list of products

  • eggs – 5 pieces;
  • green onion feather - a large bunch.
  • kefir – 1 glass;
  • soda – 1 tsp without a slide;
  • margarine – 100 g;
  • salt – 1 pinch;
  • wheat flour - 2 cups.

How to cook lazy pie in a frying pan

Lazy pie can even be made in a frying pan! The dough for it should be liquid, the layer should not be very thick so that the cake is well baked. The choice of frying pan is of great importance: if possible, you should give preference to a thick-walled cast iron frying pan. It heats up evenly and holds heat well; baked goods will not burn on the bottom while being raw on top.

It’s better not to complicate the filling, just basic ingredients – green onions and boiled eggs. For the dough you need to mix 1 tbsp. kefir, 1 egg, ½ tbsp. wheat flour. Sift the flour in advance, add salt and baking powder. Make sure the dough is homogeneous, without lumps. If you add not one, but two or three eggs to the dough, the pie will resemble an omelet.

Heat a frying pan and grease it well with vegetable oil. Pour out the dough and spread the filling on it. Cover the pan with a lid and bake over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, making sure that the cake does not burn.

Dietary lazy pie with onion and egg

For those who watch their figure and prefer low-calorie baked goods, a recipe for a light cottage cheese pie is suitable.

  1. Place a pack of low-fat cottage cheese in a bowl, add 5 eggs, and use a blender to bring the products to a homogeneous mass.
  2. Add 70 ml of low-fat kefir to the cottage cheese and mix well.
  3. Sift 100 g of rice flour, add 30 g of corn starch, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt.
  4. Add flour to the liquid part and mix thoroughly.

To prepare the filling, you need to wash and dry 300 g of green onions. Heat a frying pan, pour 2 tbsp into it. l. vegetable oil and sauté the onion for 2 minutes. Cool.

Hard boil 5 eggs, cool, peel, finely chop, mix with onion. Add salt, pepper, and beat in 1 raw egg. Thanks to it, the filling will not spill out when cutting the pie. Instead of eggs, you can add grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 1800C. Grease the metal mold with vegetable oil (there is no need to lubricate the silicone mold). Pour some dough into it, then lay out a layer of filling and fill it with the remaining dough. Baking time – 45 minutes.

Jellied pie with onion and egg in the oven

The good thing about jellied pie is that it cooks very quickly. The dough does not need to be kneaded with your hands, it does not need to rise. The process is as simple as possible - mix the products, put them in a mold and into the oven. Even a child can handle this recipe, and the baked goods will delight you with its taste. The main secret: the more filling, the tastier.

Necessary:

  • 5 eggs;
  • 100 g mayonnaise;
  • 400 ml kefir;
  • 350-400 g flour;
  • 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
  • 18 g baking powder;
  • 1 tsp salt;
  • Sesame seeds;
  • 1 tbsp. l. sour cream.

For filling:

  • 5-6 boiled eggs;
  • 200 g green onions;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 50 g dill, parsley;
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt.

Preparation:

  1. For the filling, boil the eggs and cut them into medium cubes. Finely chop the onion and herbs. Add melted butter (this is necessary so that the filling is not dry and holds its shape well), add salt, and mix. Break the eggs into another bowl (reserve one yolk for greasing), add sugar, salt, and beat a little.

  2. Add mayonnaise, kefir, sift the flour together with baking powder in several approaches and knead the dough. Its consistency should be like pancakes.

  3. Grease a ceramic, glass or regular springform pan with oil. Pour half of the batter into the bottom. Next, add the filling in an even layer and cover the top with the remaining dough. Level the surface with a spatula. Mix the yolk with sour cream and carefully brush the pie. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Jellied pie with onion and egg filling is good both immediately after baking and the next day.
