1. Use softened butter. Add sugar, salt to it and grind. Then add the egg, sour cream and mix.

2. Pre-sieve flour and baking powder and add to the main mass. Shortbread dough must be kneaded quickly so that it does not become hard.

3. Place the resulting soft and pliable dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. To prepare the curd filling, add sour cream, sugar, vanillin, starch, semolina and eggs to the cottage cheese. Blend these products with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

5. We use a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm. Cover the bottom with baking paper and grease the sides with butter. Distribute the dough along the bottom of the mold and make sides approximately 4 cm high. Place the curd filling on the dough and level it.

6. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Let the cake cool completely. Meanwhile, prepare the jelly according to the instructions on the package.
