  • half a glass of whole milk.

These meatballs are prepared surprisingly quickly and easily:

  1. Grind both types of meat together with onions into minced meat.
  2. Add the loaf pulp pre-soaked in milk, salt, raw eggs and a little pepper. Knead it all well.
  3. Grind both cheeses using a large mesh grater.
  4. Divide the minced meat randomly into pieces with your hands.
  5. First, flatten each piece in your palm to form a flat cake. Then put some grated cheese on top and roll tightly.
  6. Fry the preparations without breading in sunflower oil. And, turning the cutlets over to the second side, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid.

  • 2 slices of bread (white);
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 75 milliliters of milk;
  • 20 grams of semolina.

It is best to cook these minced meat balls in the oven. To do this you need:

  1. Place the bread in a bowl and pour cold milk over it. After a few minutes you need to take it out and squeeze it out.
  2. Grind the fish fillet along with peeled onions and soaked bread in a meat grinder.
  3. Add an egg to this mixture, add salt and mix.
  4. Lastly, add semolina. After mixing again, the minced meat should be allowed to stand for at least half an hour. This is necessary so that the cereal can swell a little.
