  • potatoes – 0.5 kg;
  • onions – 100 g;
  • carrots – 100 g;
  • stalk celery – 50 g;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • sour cream – 100 g;
  • milk – 100 ml;
  • sugar – 5 g;
  • salt - to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil – 25 ml;
  • flour – 20–25 g.

Cooking method:

  • Cut the pork like meat for beef stroganoff.
  • Finely chop the garlic.
  • Fry the garlic in a frying pan, stirring it vigorously, put the meat in it and fry for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the onion, carrots and celery into small pieces. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Place the vegetables with the pork and pour in the broth.
  • When the broth boils, salt and pepper the dish, close the lid, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Mix milk with flour and pour into pork.
  • Add sour cream, sugar, mix.
  • Simmer, stirring, until the sauce thickens.

Pork goulash with carrots and onions - step-by-step recipe

To prepare the dish you will need:

During the cooking process you need:

  • Cut the pork meat into pieces.
  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Heat a frying pan on the stove, put the meat in it without adding oil.
  • Evaporate the water, stirring the pork constantly, wait until the meat lightens.
  • Place pork on a separate plate.
  • Fry the onion, add carrots and bell pepper grated on a coarse grater.
  • Add tomato paste to the vegetables and stir.

  • Place the meat back into the frying pan with the vegetables, stir and add water.
  • Reduce heat and leave the dish to simmer covered for half an hour.
  • Add flour to the meat and stir.
  • Place the goulash in a saucepan, sprinkle with seasonings and salt, and cover completely with water.
  • Cook the dish for another 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Pork stewed with mushrooms

Compound:

  • pork tenderloin – 0.5 kg;
  • mushrooms – 0.2 kg;
  • tomatoes – 0.5 kg;
  • soy sauce – 100 ml;
  • sour cream – 100 ml;
  • vegetable oil – 100 ml;
  • onions – 100 g;
  • bell pepper – 0.2 kg;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

  • Boil the mushrooms, cut into small pieces.
  • Cut the pork into strips.
  • Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  • Cut the onion and bell pepper into half rings.
  • Chop the garlic with a knife.
  • Place the garlic, onions and tomatoes in a deep frying pan with heated oil. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  • Place pork in the resulting sauce, pour in soy sauce, and simmer for another quarter of an hour.
  • Add mushrooms and bell peppers, pepper the pork, and top with sour cream. Simmer over low heat, covered, for another quarter of an hour.

According to this recipe, the pork dish is prepared quickly. It goes well with any side dish: potatoes, pasta, rice, buckwheat. In addition, it can be served as an independent dish.
