Salad with apple, beets and walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 beet
  • 1 apple
  • 1–2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 50 g walnuts
  • salt - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Boil the beets until tender, cool and peel. Peel and core the apple.
  2. Cut the beets and apple into equal cubes. Mix, add salt, season with mayonnaise (sour cream), stir and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Apple, cheese and beet salad

A simple snack from available products can be prepared for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • boiled beets – 2 pcs.;
  • green apples – 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise – 60 g;
  • sour cream – 60 g;
  • hard cheese – 50 g;
  • walnuts – 30 g;
  • spices and salt - to taste.
  1. Grate vegetables, peeled fruits and cheese. Pass the garlic through a press and chop the nuts.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g boiled chicken fillet
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g canned pineapples
  • 2–3 leaves of Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream

Preparation:

  1. Cut the poultry meat, apple and pineapple slices into large pieces.
  2. Tear the Chinese cabbage leaves with your hands.
  3. Mix all the salad ingredients, add salt and sour cream. Stir.

Layered salad with apple, carrots, eggs and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 150 g hard cheese
  • 3–5 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • salt - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Peel the carrots and apples as well.
  2. Grate eggs and apples on a coarse grater, and raw carrots and cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Place half the apples on a plate and cover them with a mesh of mayonnaise. Distribute half the eggs on top, add salt and also cover with mayonnaise.
  4. Then lay out half the carrots, also add salt and cover with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with half the cheese and cover with mayonnaise.
  5. Repeat the layers in the same order again.

Step-by-step instructions for the dish “French salad with apples”

We will prepare the salad with apples and cheese in a large plate with flat edges.

Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. If the onion is large, you can cut it into half rings.

Spread the onion evenly across the bottom of the plate. Coat the top of the onion with mayonnaise.

Boil the eggs, cool and peel. We cut the eggs into circles and place them in the same way as the onion, only on top of it. Coat the eggs with mayonnaise.

Wash the apples, cut them into pieces and remove the core. Now all the apples need to be grated.

Place the apple mixture on top of the eggs, carefully leveling them along the edges. We also grease the apple mass with mayonnaise.

We take a grater and grate cheese on top of our salad. You can grind the cheese in a blender.

Chop the walnuts first and sprinkle them on top of the salad.

Now the salad needs to sit.

At a minimum, it should spend several hours in the refrigerator, but we recommend preparing this dish in the evening so that it spends in the refrigerator all night, has time to soak well in the mayonnaise and fully develop its taste. The salad with eggs, cheese and apples is ready.

  1. Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel.
  2. Place the squid in boiling salted water for a minute, then cool.
  3. Cut the eggs, squid, cucumber and peeled apple into strips or medium cubes, and the onion into small ones. Salt, pepper, add mayonnaise and mix.

Light salad with apples, cheese and pickled onions

Ingredients:

  • Apples – 2 pieces;
  • Onion – 1 head;
  • Eggs – 2 pieces;
  • Cheese – 200 g;
  • Table vinegar;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Lemon juice;
  • Walnuts and kiwi.

Preparation:

Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings, which we place in a colander and pour over with boiling water. Immediately cool the onion under running water and soak it in table or apple cider vinegar for at least an hour (or longer). After a while, drain the marinade from the onions, hard-boil two eggs for the salad, let them cool and peel them. Now chop the eggs on a coarse or medium grater and place them on the bottom of the salad bowl. Coat this layer with mayonnaise and cover with a layer of pickled onions. Lubricate this layer with mayonnaise.

We peel the apples and grate them into large chips, and then lay them out in a third layer, sprinkle with lemon juice and grease with mayonnaise. The last layer of salad is cheese shavings. For decoration we use walnuts and kiwi.

Layered salad with apple, chicken liver, eggs and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l. vinegar 9%
  • 200 ml water
  • 150–200 g chicken liver
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple
  • 50 g hard cheese
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into rings, then cut them into quarters and place in a bowl. Add sugar, vinegar, water and stir. Leave the onions to marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Boil the liver and eggs until tender, cool. Grate the eggs, liver and peeled apple on a coarse grater, and the cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Grease a salad bowl with mayonnaise and add chicken liver. Cover it with mayonnaise, spread greased eggs and onions on top, brush with mayonnaise again and lay out the apples. Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise and top the salad with cheese.

“Tender” salad with apple and cheese

To prepare this “delicate” salad you will need the following ingredients:

  • 100 g apples (it’s better to take green ones);
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 70 g of onions (preferably red salad);
  • 120 g carrots;
  • 100 g mayonnaise for dressing;
  • 50 g walnut kernels.

This appetizer is prepared very quickly; if you boil the eggs the day before, you can prepare it in just a quarter of an hour.

The calorie content or energy value of the dish is 241.7 kcal/100 g.

Progress:

  1. The main method of chopping food is with a fine grater. It is used to prepare eggs, cheese, apples and carrots. The onion is finely chopped into half rings with a knife, and the walnuts, after preliminary frying, are passed through a meat grinder;
  2. Immerse the chopped onion in boiling water for five minutes, then transfer to a colander. This technique will relieve the vegetable of its inherent bitterness;
  3. The prepared ingredients are laid out on a dish in layers. First eggs, onions on them. After these two layers, the salad needs to be coated with mayonnaise. Next come apples and hard cheese, which are coated again. Layers can be alternated. Sprinkle walnut crumbs on top.

  1. Boil the carrots until tender, cool and peel. Cut it into small cubes.
  2. Also cut the ham, cucumbers and peeled apple into cubes. Add peas, season with mayonnaise (yogurt) and stir.

Salad with apple, cabbage, celery, orange and soy dressing

Ingredients:

  • 200 g red or Chinese cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • several green onions
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. wine vinegar
  • salt - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Chop the cabbage thinly. Grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater. Cut the celery into pieces, and the apple and peeled orange into cubes.
  2. Chop the green onions and grate a little lemon zest on a fine grater.
  3. Combine the prepared ingredients, add the juice of half a lemon, soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, salt and mix.

We will make cups from apples: carefully remove the seeds, and then take out the pulp, trying not to break the fragile walls - this pulp will be useful to us, we will turn it into crumbs along with the other components of this recipe. Then we seal it with mayonnaise and stuff the apple halves. And how to decorate it is just a flight of fancy; you can simply sprinkle it with herbs.

Puff salad with apple

Ingredients:

  • apple – 100 g;
  • potatoes – 100 g;
  • boiled carrots – 100 g;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;

Preparation

Salad with carrots and apples

Ingredients:

  • apple – 250 g;
  • cabbage – 200 g;
  • carrots – 100 g;
  • sour cream 25% - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • ready mustard – 1 teaspoon;
  • apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • thyme;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation

We turn the apple and carrots into large apple and carrot shavings. We add finely shredded cabbage and thyme to them. Season with sour cream mixed with mustard, vinegar, oil and spices.
