The salad is made in layers, in the container in which it will be served. Each layer is coated with mayonnaise. When spreading layers with mayonnaise, it’s easy to get carried away and put much more sauce than you should, so put no more than 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise per layer.

It is more convenient to use mayonnaise in a bag or tube, making a mayonnaise mesh between the layers.

Cut the boiled chicken breast into long slices and form the first layer of salad from it.
