So, let's start preparing chicken soup according to our recipe. First of all, you need to prepare the smoked chicken. You can do this at home, or you can buy ready-made smoked chicken, which is easier and less time-consuming. The chicken is cooked, now you can safely move on to the process of preparing chicken soup with rice.
Let's start by preparing the roast. We take out the frying pan and put it on gas, pour in vegetable oil and heat it up. Then cut the bacon into strips, place it in a frying pan with heated oil and fry until golden brown. After this, take out the bacon, place it on a plate and cover with a napkin to absorb excess fat.
Then finely chop the onion and cut the carrots into small cubes. We put all this in the frying pan where the bacon was fried. If there is too much fat in the pan, then it should be drained so that the vegetables are not too fatty and do not fry. Sauté until a golden crust forms on the onion.
After this, pour the pre-prepared broth into the pan, add sautéed vegetables, fried bacon, and season with dry marjoram. Bring to a boil. Then cut the potatoes into small cubes and add them to the boiling broth.
