Recipe for chicken fillet salad with mushrooms, champignons and celery

Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken fillet
  • 100 g marinated champignons
  • 100 g green peas
  • 60 g each of tomatoes and celery
  • 40 g sour cream
  • 1 boiled egg

Cut the meat, celery stalks and tomatoes into cubes. Cut the marinated champignons into slices. Mix the products with sour cream and peas. Place the mixture in a heap into a salad bowl. Decorate with leaves, egg slices and herbs.
