Hello! And it's me again! Aren't you tired? It’s just accumulated here... Haven’t you forgotten? New Year is coming soon! Here's a salad for your holiday table! I’m telling you: It was the folder’s anniversary (60!). Well, there, as usual, there are colleagues, toasts, a restaurant... In a word, bustle! In short, due to my seniority, it fell to me to work on the menu in the restaurant and control it (the menu). This is the salad that the local chefs offered me. And what I want to say is that the recipe has caught on with us. (Daddy’s next anniversary is just around the corner. And we still can’t get enough of this salad!) “Fantasy” is his name from birth, and his son gave him the second name! Who sincerely and with all his soul loved him. The salad is beautiful, interesting to serve, the combination of flavors is very, very original! It's also filling and gets better the next day! (Well, just like “Herring under a Fur Coat” or “Olivier”!) My son, being still quite small, once said: “Mom, don’t worry about cooking, something new and original for the holidays!” Humanity has not yet come up with anything better than “chops” and “Olivier”! "It's funny, of course. But! - “The truth speaks through the mouth of a baby!” This is why I told you that I usually cook “Olivier” once a year - on the New Year holidays. (Tradition!) And in other cases, the eternal question: “Ma!” Are you going to do Olivier? Well, then make “Heaps”! OK?" All! Lyrical digressions are over. Let's start cooking.
You will need:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Carrot. You don't need to do anything with carrots. (The Koreans have already done everything with her.)
Well... Take a large, flat dish. Finely chop the meat and place it on the dish in an even layer.
On top of the meat we place all the other products in “heaps”, maintaining color similarity.
For example, a green cucumber opposite greens.
Corn opposite cheese...
Place mayonnaise in the middle. It turns out we have a seven-flowered flower.
In this form we serve it on the table. And already there we mix it effectively in front of guests and put it on plates.

Festive salad “Bright Fantasy”
Ingredients:
- Canned corn - 100 grams;
- Grated cheese - 150 grams;
- Korean carrots - 200 grams;
- Boiled egg - 4 pieces;
- Onions - 1/2 pieces;
- Chicken breast - 1 piece;
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon;
- Water - 5 tbsp. spoon;
- Mayonnaise - To taste.
How to prepare “Festive salad “Bright Fantasy””
Salt the breast, wrap in foil and bake until done. Then refrigerate. Cut the onion into cubes. Marinate the onions in a mixture of vinegar, water and sugar. The salad is layered. For the first layer, cut the chicken breast into cubes. Place in a serving ring and brush with mayonnaise. Place the next layer of pickled squeezed onions. Then a layer of Korean carrots and a little mayonnaise. Grate the eggs and place in the next layer. Then - a little mayonnaise. The last layer will be corn. Lubricate the top with mayonnaise. I will prepare this salad with onions, but usually I use green onions. You don't have to put onions in this salad at all, but I think it offsets the sweet taste of the pineapples a little. You can use smoked chicken breast if you don’t want to boil it raw, but the taste will only benefit from this.

Preparation:
- First I prepared all the products. Boiled the breast with the addition of salt, bay leaf and pepper. I also boiled the eggs and cooled them under cold water. I chopped the onion finely and poured boiling water over it to remove excess pungency.
- I drain the water from the onion and dry it with a napkin so that there is no liquid in the salad. I cut the chicken and pineapples into small pieces. I grate the cheese and eggs.
- All products are prepared. I start to collect the salad. I place the chicken pieces in the first layer on a flat dish. I grease it with mayonnaise.
- The second layer is pineapple pieces and finely chopped onions. This layer is damp, so no mayonnaise.
- The next layer is eggs and again generously spread with mayonnaise.
- The last layer is grated cheese. All that remains is to decorate the salad. There is no way to do this without imagination. I decorated with boiled egg daisies and herbs. If you noticed, I didn't add salt to the salad because I cooked the chicken with salt and pepper. And the mayonnaise is also salty.

Salad recipe with chicken, mushrooms and cucumbers
This salad is enough to feed the whole family. The products are all filling, tasty and simple. Any mushrooms will do. I have fresh champignons, but you can also use a can of canned ones. For layered salad you will need a round mold. If you don’t have a mold, watch the video below to see how you can easily cut it out of a plastic bottle. And I also made my own homemade mayonnaise.

How to cook:
- I boil the chicken, potatoes and eggs and let them cool.
- I cut the mushrooms into thin slices and fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil for about 10 minutes.
- I cut potatoes, chicken and cucumber into small cubes. Finely chopped the greens. I grated the cheese and eggs on a coarse grater. Mix grated eggs and mayonnaise in a plate. I will coat the layers of salad with this mixture.
- I'm starting to make the salad. Place a layer of potatoes tightly into the mold. Top with a pinch of salt, pepper and chopped herbs. Now I coat it with a mixture of eggs and mayonnaise.
- The second layer is chicken meat, herbs and mayonnaise with eggs.
- The third layer is fried mushrooms and herbs. This layer does not need to be smeared with mayonnaise; I fried the mushrooms with butter.
- The fourth layer is cucumber, greens and mayonnaise with eggs. I salt and pepper this layer.
- The last layer is grated cheese and the remaining mixture of eggs and mayonnaise.
- I carefully remove the mold and the salad remains on the plate. Smooth and beautiful.
All that remains is to decorate and serve.
