The following dish does not need a description of its preparation. The main thing is to understand how to arrange it. This is a hedgehog made from puree. - vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
First you need to beat the eggs with a mixer until bubbles appear, add two types of sugar to them, and beat again. Then mix with the addition of flour and baking powder. The dough must be kneaded until smooth. Pour it into a baking dish or onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. The biscuit should be baked at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
To prepare the cream, beat the sour cream with sugar. Now you can cut the sponge cake into 4 layers with a knife or sewing thread, grease them with sour cream. Liver roll
Beef (veal, chicken, duck, goose) liver is boiled and passed through a meat grinder. Add a little water in which the liver was boiled, butter heated until soft, salt, pepper - to taste, everything is thoroughly mixed.
The liver is laid out on foil in a layer of 1-1.5 cm. Boiled carrots are cut either in the shape of an even cylinder or in a square section and wrapped in butter and placed on the liver. Using foil, a roll is formed. The roll wrapped in foil is placed in the refrigerator overnight.
