Tartlets recipe
To make tartlets you will need:
- 200 g butter;
- 2 cups of flour;
- 2 eggs;
- salt.
Mash the butter, add the remaining ingredients to it and mix thoroughly. Place the resulting dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then take out the dough and roll it out into a layer about 1 centimeter thick. Cut out circles equal in diameter to the tartlet pans. Place the dough into molds and carefully spread over the surface. Make several punctures in the dough with a fork and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Bread baked with cheese, garlic and herbs
It is much more original to serve a whole loaf baked with cheese, herbs and garlic instead of ordinary slices of bread.
Products:
- 1 fresh loaf;
- 150 g hard cheese;
- 120 g butter;
- 5 cloves of garlic;
- 50 g of fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill, green onions);
- pepper and salt to taste.
Recipe:
- Mix softened butter, grated cheese, chopped garlic and chopped herbs. Add salt and pepper to the mixture.
Cheddar or Tilsiter cheese works well for the filling.
- Cut the loaf crosswise and place a spoonful of the spicy mixture into each indentation. Wrap the bread in foil and bake in the oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes. Then place under the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Guests will definitely like bread baked with cheese and herbs.
Layered salad with chicken liver
Ingredients:
- chicken liver – 500 g;
- 1 large onion;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- green peas – 150 g;
- potatoes - 3 pieces;
- carrots – 2 pieces;
- mayonnaise.
Boil the liver, potatoes and carrots. Place the products in layers and coat with mayonnaise:
- boiled chicken liver (chopped);
- mayonnaise;
- chopped and fried onion in vegetable oil;
- coarsely grated cheese;
- green pea;
- mayonnaise;
- coarsely grated boiled potatoes;
- mayonnaise;
- coarsely grated boiled carrots;
- mayonnaise.
Salad “Spring freshness”
Ingredients:
- lettuce leaves - 1 bunch;
- canned tuna – 200 g;
- cherry tomatoes – 150 g;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- balsamic vinegar (a few drops);
- soy sauce – 1 tablespoon;
- spices;
- lemon juice – 0.5 teaspoon.
Wash the salad and tear it with your hands, add chopped tuna and cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
Make a sauce from olive oil, spices, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar and dress the salad with it.
After salads and appetizers, hot meat or fish dishes are most often served as a main course.
Salmon meat is pink-orange in color. Fresh salmon is non-slippery to the touch and has virtually no odor.
Hot dish “Salmon with a delicious crust”
Ingredients:
- 4 medium fresh salmon steaks;
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce;
- hard cheese – 150 g;
- crushed breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons;
- salt, pepper, spices for fish - to taste;
- lemon juice - to taste.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the fish on top, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and add spices. Mix the pesto sauce with half the breadcrumbs and place on top of the steaks.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with the remaining breadcrumbs, place on the salmon pieces. Place the fish in the oven, cooking time 10-15 minutes at 220 degrees. If desired, the finished salmon can be sprinkled with grated cheese on top.
Minced meatloaf with mushrooms
This dish can also be called a holiday dish, although it is so easy to prepare that you can treat your family on an ordinary Sunday. Since the roll is prepared in the oven by baking, the benefits will be greater than from fried meat. You will only need time to prepare the ingredients; the oven will do the rest for you.
To prepare the roll we will need:
- 0.5 kg minced pork “Samson”,
- 1 onion,
- 1 medium sized carrot
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (without a slide),
- 2-3 cloves of garlic,
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika,
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley,
- 1 teaspoon marjoram,
- A pinch of nutmeg (can be grated on a fine grater),
- Salt, pepper - to taste,
- 250 grams of any mushrooms (I used champignons),
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
Preparation:
- Peel the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater and fry them in advance.
- Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and fry in a frying pan over medium heat until soft, until the water from the mushrooms has evaporated (add salt).
- Add prepared mushrooms with carrots and all of the above ingredients (except breadcrumbs) to the minced pork and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Grease a tall pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Transfer the prepared meat mixture with mushrooms into the mold and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cooking times may vary depending on your oven.
Baked pork "under a fur coat"
Ingredients:
- pork - 1 kg;
- ketchup - 3 tablespoons;
- sour cream – 2 tablespoons;
- mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons;
- French mustard – 1 tablespoon;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- honey – 3 tablespoons;
- 1 lemon;
- salt, spices for meat - to taste.
Cut the meat into slices approximately 3 centimeters thick. Add salt, spices, ketchup, honey, lemon juice to the meat and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Then place the pork on a baking sheet. Mix chopped garlic, mayonnaise, mustard and sour cream. Lubricate the meat with the resulting sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes and bake at 180 degrees.
Hot dishes: pork with prunes
Compound:
- Pork – 1 kg
- Prunes - 17 pcs.
- Garlic - 3 teeth.
- Mustard - 4 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- Provençal herbs - to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the meat into even pieces crosswise (but not all the way through). Pour hot water over the prunes. Remove the seeds. Chop the prunes and mix them with chopped garlic. Add seasoning. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a separate bowl, add 1 tsp. to prunes.
- Place the prune mixture between the meat cuts. Coat the pork with mayonnaise-mustard sauce on all sides. Wrap the meat in foil and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 day.
- When the meat is marinated, place it in foil on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake like this for 30 minutes. Then open the foil and bake for another 1 hour.
Meat accordion
Ingredients:
- 2 kg pork in one piece (boneless);
- granulated garlic;
- spices for meat, salt - to taste;
- hard cheese – 150 g;
- tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- champignons – 200 g;
- vegetable oil – 4-5 tablespoons.
Rinse the meat, dry it with a paper towel and cut into slices, not reaching the end by about 2 centimeters. Visually it should look like a “meat accordion”.
Mix 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil with salt and spices and thoroughly rub the pork on all sides with this mixture. Leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, the meat should marinate.
Cut mushrooms and cheese into slices, tomatoes into slices. Stuff the accordion with sliced cheese and vegetables and wrap it in foil. Place in the oven to bake for 1.5 - 2 hours.

- 500 g pork or lean beef;
- onions – 4 pieces;
- butter – 70 g;
- spices, salt - to taste;
- breadcrumbs;
- hard cheese – 70 g;
- walnuts (kernels) – 50 g;
- 1 egg;
- greenery.
Lightly fry the chopped walnuts. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with boiled chopped egg. Finely chop the greens, mix with the cheese and nut mixture, add spices to taste.
Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in butter. Pass the meat through a meat grinder, add onion and spices to the minced meat. Make flat cakes from the minced meat, put the filling in the middle, fold the edges, roll in breadcrumbs, place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven.
Juicy poultry cutlets

- 2-3 cloves of garlic,
- Salt, pepper, spices - to taste,

Preparation:
- Beat an egg into a bowl, add salt, add a tablespoon of milk and mix with a fork. Add oatmeal to this and let it swell for 20 minutes.
- At this time, prepare the onion and garlic - chop into small cubes or pass through a meat grinder and add to the minced meat.
- Add the swollen oatmeal to the minced meat, add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Form cutlets, fry them in oil until nicely crusted over medium heat. Then cover with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes at minimum temperature. Serve with tomato or sour cream sauce.
Chicken cutlets with champignons in batter
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 1 kg;
- champignons – 500 g;
- onion – 200 g;
- salt;
- 1 egg;
- flour – 1 tablespoon;
- water – 2 tablespoons.
For the batter, mix the egg, flour, salt and water. Beat the mixture with a mixer (or whisk).
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder. Chop the mushrooms and onions and fry them in oil, add them to the minced meat and add salt.
Form cutlets from the resulting mixture, roll them in batter and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Serve plain boiled potatoes, rice or fresh vegetables as a side dish for the cutlets.

Preparation:
- cook the broth by throwing the brisket into six liters of water, let the contents boil, skim off the foam, salt and pepper everything, add baked vegetables;
- strain the broth, separate the meat from the bones, cut the product into small pieces, chop the connective tissue, return to the pan with boiling water;
- Boil the tongue in a separate container, cool it, cut it into small cubes, add it to the pan with the broth;
- Cut the thighs and bacon into small cubes, add cucumbers and onions in the same pieces;
- Fry the bacon in a frying pan for ten minutes, add the chicken and cook for another fifteen minutes. Add paprika and keep the ingredients in the pan for half a minute, transfer the finished products into the broth;
- Fry the cucumbers for three minutes, transfer them to a saucepan with other ingredients;
- add tomato puree, salt and pepper everything, let the contents boil.
Serve the solyanka, garnishing it with capers or olives. This hot dish will make a splash at a family dinner.
Casserole with minced meatballs

Ingredients:
- Russian cheese – 50 g;
- salt and ground pepper - to your taste;
- milk 2.5% - 200 ml;

Cupcake “Orange Happiness”
Ingredients:
- juice and zest from 1 large sweet orange;
- 100 g sugar;
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar;
- 150 g softened butter;
- 3 eggs;
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (or 1 teaspoon baking soda);
- 200 g flour.
Wash the orange, grate the zest onto a fine grater and squeeze the juice out of it, you should get about 100 ml of juice. Grind sugar with softened butter. Beat the eggs until foamy and add to the butter, then add the remaining ingredients (orange juice and zest, baking powder and flour) into the mixture one by one.
Stir the resulting mixture with a mixer until smooth, place in a mold and bake in the oven for approximately 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
For this type of cake, it is better to use small molds; in this case, the baking will be light and tender.
Curd cupcake
Ingredients:
- flour – 250 g;
- sugar – 250 g;
- butter – 100 g;
- eggs – 3 pieces;
- prunes – 100 g;
- dried apricots – 100 g;
- cottage cheese – 200 g;
- soda – 0.5 teaspoon;
- vanillin – 0.5 teaspoon.
Cream the butter and sugar and gradually add the eggs into the mixture. Then add dried fruits, cottage cheese and soda. Add the flour last and stir the dough until smooth. Bake in the oven until done, about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Christmas Holiday Pie
Ingredients:
- flour – 2 kg;
- milk – 1 l;
- butter – 200 g;
- eggs – 5 pcs.;
- sugar – 3 cups;
- raisins – 200 g;
- yeast – 150 g;
- vegetable oil – 100 g;
- yolk – 1 pc.;
- vanillin, salt - to taste.
Boil milk and melt butter in it. Cool the milk mixture, add beaten eggs, raisins, vanillin and salt.
Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warm milk and pour into the prepared mixture. Add sifted flour, vegetable oil and knead the dough. Leave it in a warm place for 4-5 hours. You will need to knead the dough several times. Then put the dough in a mold, brush with beaten yolk and bake for 40-50 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Lemon soufflé
Ingredients:
- zest of 2 large lemons;
- lemon juice – 100 g;
- gelatin – 2 teaspoons;
- homemade eggs - 4 pieces;
- powdered sugar – 120 g;
- cream (fat) – 300 ml;
- caramel for decoration.
Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water at room temperature and leave for 10 minutes. Beat the yolks with powdered sugar until white, gradually add lemon juice, beat for another 2-3 minutes. Heat the water with gelatin in a water bath until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour gelatin into the egg-lemon mixture and stir. Place the resulting cream in cold water, add lemon zest and stir gently until thickened.
Beat the whites to peaks and carefully fold them into the cream. Then quickly pour the resulting mixture into the mold and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle the soufflé with caramel crumbs.
