Coat the pre-greased turkey legs with the resulting mixture and also coat them under the skin. Place in a baking dish. Cut the remaining half of the onion into feathers and place around the legs. Place a few sprigs of thyme and rosemary there.

Drizzle a little olive oil over the bottom of the pan and place in an oven preheated to 200 C until done. Constantly water your feet with the secreted juice. My baking process lasted 1 hour 15 minutes.

Friends called and said that they were with us in 2 hours. And as always, you want to cook quickly and tasty. Luckily for me, my husband brought the turkey, so to speak, “dismembered.” There was no time to marinate, so we made it out as we went.

Mixed salt, pepper, oriental chicken seasoning, 1 tsp. honey, 1 tbsp. l. vodka (since there was no wine). I cut the turkey skin into diamond shapes, made deep punctures with a knife, inserted garlic slices into them and generously coated them with the prepared marinade. I put it in a bag and gave it to my husband for a “massage.”

I greased the baking sheet (or whoever uses what) and placed the “massaged” ham, potatoes and onions around it. ,
