This wonderful dish will not take much time. But it will delight you on the table with its appetizing appearance and amazing taste. A variety of holiday salads and snacks are prepared with cod liver. This product has a rich chemical composition and high nutritional value. The combination with cream cheese will delight you with a special tenderness that everyone will definitely like.

Use:

  • 230 gr. cod liver;
  • 200 gr. processed cream cheese;
  • 16 pcs. small shortbread tartlets;
  • 1 cucumber;

To prepare you will need:

  • Crab sticks;
  • Hard cheese;
  • Garlic;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Walnut;
  • Olives;
  • Lettuce leaves.

The cooking method is very simple:

  • To begin, rinse the lettuce leaves thoroughly and dry them with paper towels;
  • A layer of lettuce leaves is placed on a plate;
  • Grate the undefrosted crab sticks on a fine grater;
  • We also grate the cheese on a fine grater;
  • Pre-dry the walnuts in the oven and grate or grind using a blender;
  • Mix crab sticks, grated cheese, mayonnaise, walnuts and crushed garlic;
  • Form balls with a diameter of 4-5 centimeters from the resulting mass;

You will need:

  • Fresh champignons;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Ground paprika;
  • Ground nutmeg;
  • Salt;
  • Ground black pepper;
  • Blend of Italian herbs.

Cooking method:

  • Place the washed mushrooms in a bowl;

  • Finely chop the onion;
  • Form a small ball from the mashed potatoes and roll it into a flat cake between two palms;

  • Sunflower oil.

  1. Wash the vegetables and blot away any moisture.
  2. Cut the eggplants into slices 0.7-1 cm thick.
  3. Salt the circles and place in a bowl. Leave for 30 minutes until the bitterness comes out in the form of juice.

  2. Wash the offal, cut off the glands and all excess located at the root.
  3. Place in a deep saucepan, add water to cover your tongue.
  4. Bring to a boil, drain the water.
  5. Fill with new hot water to the top of the pan. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam with a slotted spoon.
  6. Cook over low heat. After 30 minutes, add salt, add the onion (peeled or washed in the husk), bay leaf, pepper and celery. Cook for 2-3 hours, depending on the age of the animal and the size of the offal.
