A salad made from these ingredients will also not leave your guests indifferent, especially since it will be decorated in a rather original way, in the shape of a sunflower.

To make yellow sunflower leaves you will need chips. They must be bought in a box, not a pack, so that they are whole and the same size. Do not skimp on this important element; the beauty and aesthetics of the salad depend on it.

Sunflower salad is laid out in layers. To carefully and quickly lubricate each layer, cut off a very small corner of the mayonnaise pack. This way you can make a thin mesh. If the mayonnaise is in a bucket, then transfer it to a pastry bag or a regular bag (you also need to cut off the corner of the bag).

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 600 gr. (boiled)
  • hard cheese - 150 gr.
  • marinated champignons - 200 gr. (you can take fresh mushrooms and fry them)
  • olives - 200 gr.
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • chips - 100 gr.
  • mayonnaise - to taste

How to prepare a delicious salad with chicken and mushrooms.

1. Chicken fillet needs to be boiled. To ensure that the chicken is not dry, you need to put it in boiling water. Do not add salt at the beginning of cooking! Salt will draw the juices out of the meat and it will become dry. Salt 5 minutes before cooking. You can boil the chicken in water with spices: peppercorns, bay leaf. It’s better to cook a whole large piece for about 30-40 minutes.

2. You can take pickled mushrooms. And not necessarily champignons. Mushrooms can be anything. Also, if you like the combination of chicken and fried mushrooms, buy fresh champignons, cut them into cubes and fry until tender. Don't forget to add salt and pepper at the end of cooking.

3. Cut the boiled chicken breast into small cubes or separate it into fibers with your hands.

4. Place the chopped chicken in the first layer on a wide dish. Cover with a mesh of mayonnaise.

5. The second layer is chopped mushrooms, which also need to be covered with mayonnaise.

6. Boil the eggs hard (cook for 10 minutes after the water boils). Separate the yolks from the whites. Grate the whites on a coarse grater and the yolks on a fine grater.

7. Third layer - grated whites. They do not need to be covered with mayonnaise.

8. The fourth layer is hard cheese grated on a coarse grater. You can also use processed cheese. Only the cheese must be tasty so as not to spoil the taste of the salad. Take cheese without adding vegetable fats. Cover the cheese with mayonnaise mesh.

9. Fifth layer - grated yolks.

10. Cut the olives in half lengthwise. Place the olive halves on the yolk as if they were sunflower seeds.

  • boiled squid - 250 gr. (take half a kilo of raw ones, they will boil down a lot)
  • crab sticks or crab meat - 200 gr.
  • hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • boiled egg whites - 6 pcs.
  • red caviar - 70 gr.
  • onions - 0.5 pcs.
  • sugar - 0.5 tsp.
  • vinegar 9% - 1.5 tbsp.
  • mayonnaise - 75 gr.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method for preparing seafood salad.

1. All ingredients for this salad are cut into thin strips.

2. First pickle the onions. To do this, cut it into very thin half rings, add one and a half teaspoons of sugar, add a little salt, pour 1.5 tablespoons of vinegar and fill everything with cold water so that it just covers the onion. Mash the onion well with your hand and set aside to marinate.

3. Squids need to be boiled in salted water. Remember that they cook very quickly. After the water boils, cook them for no more than 2 minutes, otherwise they will become very hard, “rubbery”. When the squids are cooked, pour cold water over them to stop the cooking process and cool.

4. Cut the squid into thin strips and place in a large bowl for easy mixing.

5. First cut the crab sticks lengthwise into 3-4 slices, then cut diagonally into thin strips. Place them with the squid.

6. In the same bowl, grate hard cheese and boiled egg whites on a coarse grater. Yolks are not used in this salad.

7. Place the pickled onion in a colander and squeeze a little. Add onions to salad.

8. Also add half of the red caviar to the total mass. The second half will be useful for decorating the salad.

Ingredients:

  • boiled fish - 500 gr.
  • pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • Korean carrots - 200 gr.
  • raw chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • green peas - 300 gr.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • curd cheese - 100 gr.
  • mayonnaise - 70 gr.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil for frying - 2 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method for preparing fish salad.

1. Onions need to be cut into thin quarter rings.

2. For the salad you will need to fry egg pancakes. To do this, break 4 eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper and stir with a whisk. Add 2 tbsp to the eggs. mayonnaise and 2 tbsp. flour. Mix all pancake ingredients thoroughly with a whisk.

3. Place two frying pans on the stove to heat: one for frying onions, the second for pancakes.

4. Pour vegetable oil into one frying pan, heat it and add the onion to fry until golden brown. Be sure to stir it so that it doesn't burn and spoil the taste of the salad.
